The staff and Doctor are very friendly,efficient, and go out of there way to make sure you are comfortable going into your procedure . They not only ease your pain through. They took the time to explain inform and made sure I understood what is taking place what to expect during recovery and made sure I was set up for recovery. Another dentist riped my teeth out handed me bill and pushed me out the door without antibiotics or any kind of pain medication. Your staff not only made sure that I got the above meds they took the time to make sure I understood how and when to take them .. A big thank you to the staff at Tatum x Bell Rd location. . I was a emergency last minute walk in . The office help went right back to the doctor to get to fit me in they even cut their lunch short, to make sure I got seen and serviced that day.
I had a really great experience today getting a tooth extracted. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and professional. Doctor Athari was extremely knowledgeable, confident, and gentle throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable before starting. I highly recommend him. Thank you for such a positive experience!
Have not been happy at all with services from this location, I suggest going to Mexico for affordable dentures. I started in Mesa location, had surgery and got temporary dentures. The amount of preparation given so you understand the process is zero. Dentist refused to remove bone spurs caused by surgery. I still have them and am still in pain every day. My temperatures don’t fit and look bad. When I tried to ask when I can tell them how I’d like them to look they said in 6 months when we make your final. Then my temporaries broke in my hand while brushing, awful quality for the cost. I get it fixed at Phoenix location, they try to tell me I owe over 2k. ( For the finals that I haven’t gotten, haven’t discussed, and am 2 months away from getting as I’m still healing. Payment is not due until they are being given. ) The dentist at the first office told me to come in if I have problems they’ll fit me in and help me. Every time I’ve called with a problem they tell me to wait it out and will not help me. I would honestly go anywhere! Else than this company.
On March 4, 2025, I was billed $1,256.00 for partial dentures. It has now been a year, and I never received the partials because the materials used were not the ones I had agreed to and was paying for. As a result, I refused to accept them and canceled the order. Despite this, Dr. Athari has refused to reverse the claim or refund my payment. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter directly and to have the funds returned to my card, but my efforts have been unsuccessful. Being billed for a medical device that was never received is unacceptable. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I intend to pursue legal remedies. Based on my experience, I advise others to proceed with caution when considering this practice.
