I have just started the process of getting dentures. The dentist is very knowledgable and great at explaining the differences in packages offered and the staff is nice and knowledgeable as well. Edit: I have gotten my extractions and implants placed. Still going great here. They are awesome at calling and checking in to see how you are doing. The procedure was as pain free as possible and the dentist really takes care to stop and check to make sure you are still comfortable and not feeling pain.
I needed a liner for a denture this location made me. The staff was totally different from previous appointments. The tech decided to do a hard liner. Didn't warn me at all that it would be SERIOUSLY painful while it formed to my mouth. Then.. it was literally stuck in my mouth. When I told her I couldn't get out, she proceeded to yank and pull as hard as she could. Warned her multiple times she was was going to pull my cap off and that it was extremely uncomfortable and painful. She finally got tools to pry it off and since that day, I've been in non stop pain. That tooth is extremely sensitive and wearing my denture is painful. I'm so tired of medical professionals completely ignoring patients and doing whatever they want.
Joanna made sure that my new dentures fit comfortably by being extremely detailed oriented. When I went back for adjustments, Marissa was just as excellent with her work and did the adjustment the first time.
They were able to do a repair for me within a couple of hours. I told them I work nights and they were able to accommodate my schedule Truly appreciate them and all their help. Thank you. 🤗
