Staff are wonderful. Now lets talk about dentures, what we were there for. They don't rush you through the process. They make sure your end result is going to be good. These new dentures to replace old broken dentures fit great and look good. Comfortable and able to eat and chew without any discomfort! Needed one adjustment, which is common. I will say, they look good. A bit larger looking than then his originals, however, I also feel since we went for "affordable", we knew realistically not to expect what a $10,000 denture might give in return. These checked all our boxes. Very pleased. And lastly, cost. The cost was affordable and a good product. They give you different options and you will have to decide for yourself what will fit your budget. Will update on durability but I'm going to assume that will prove just as great. So glad we chose your office! And Thank You! Thumbs Up!👍

I am writing this review because my experience here is the reason I now have severe dental trauma and anxiety. I experienced pain that was ignored, was not listened to when I said something was wrong. and felt rushed through treatment without proper care or compassion. My boundaries were not respected, and I left feeling powerless and unsafe. What should have been medical care turned into a traumatic experience that has affected me for years afterward. Dental trauma doesn't come from nowhere, it is created when patients are dismissed, not believed, or pushed through procedures despite distress or pain. That is what happened to me here. Because of this experience, I now require extensive corrective care elsewhere and struggle with fear around dental treatment I did not have before. No patient should leave an appointment traumatized. If you value informed consent, pain management, and being treated like a human being, I strongly urge you to think carefully and seek other opinions before choosing this office.

Had a wonderful experience with these professionals. Was very informative and I will certainly be back there for my procedures. Update: Had teeth removed and surgery on my gums. They are wonderful. Make sure you're in no pain. I opted to wait 6 months for gums to heal. Looking forward to getting my dentures.

I had implants done at a local facility a few years back and I was skeptical about getting implants done here. The cost was considerably lower but the the expensive layout and equipment and the fancy atmosphere was missing. The doctor talked to me about the cost and procedure and left me to makeup my mind on going further. When I left I decided that the success was in the hands of a skill doctor and not the fancy office. I am happy for the decision of having my dental work done here. Not only did it save me money but gave me an affordable smile that I love. Thanks

Told me I got all on 4 but actually given a snap on. Wasn’t told I needed to take out b4 bed every night, and they never even showed me how to bc I wasn’t told it was a snap on. I had told them initially that I didn’t want one I could take out, which I believe is what made them go about things the way they did. They told me to wash it with a device waterpik I bought from them, but never mentioned anything about it being a snap on. When I called recently bc of issues I’m having, they tried to tell me it was my fault and that I must have misunderstood them about it being an all on 4, as their records indicate I was given a snap on ams nit all on 4. That doesn’t make sense tho, as if they had told me it was a snap on, don’t you think they would have given me clear instructions on how to take the denture out? That proves to me that they never told me to take it out. They knew I didn’t want a snap that I would have to remove, so they played this like am all on 4. Then when I went to research things myself, my research was for all on 4 and not a snap, which made my research useless. I will never go back to them for help. Would’ve just gotten the best dentures for much cheaper if I knew I was gonna have to take it out, which is what I told them from the jump, and another reason I believe they played thus off like it was all on 4 ams not a snap. These nurses have no idea what is going on & communication is lacking between patients & dentist. I saw dentist twice and only when she was working on me. Wasn’t very accessible. I would never recommend anyone go here…ever! Poor care & refuses to take accountability for their miscommunications. Again, they would have told me how to care for it/take them out if they actually told me it was a snap on like they say they did. They did not. No morals in that place. None.
