I had a stay at one of the nursing homes on Kedzie in Evergreen Pk. During my stay so many of my belongings came up missing. Unfortunately, my dentures became a target. I was so disappointed that my dentures had come up missing. I told every nurse and anyone else who would listen. No one responded. The entire nursing facility acted as if I wasn’t saying anything at all. I was totally devastated. I called Affordable Dentures and they were so nice and kind. I was advised to make an appointment to come asap. Affordable Dentures assured me not to worry, apologized for the seemingly insignificant manner by which the Facility totally ignored my situation. I couldn’t eat my food without y dentures. Every day I’d beg the staff, social worker included, to please find my dentures…..but nobody helped me, nobody cared about my dentures…finally I was sent home and couldn’t wait to call Affordable Dentures. I knew I’d be whole again and be able to enjoy eating. I lost over 50+ lbs. I’m home now and had my dental appt and my new dentures will arrive next week. Thank God for Affordable Dentures. Thank you for caring for Seniors. You’ve made my day just when I thought no one cares. Thank you Affordable Dentures for making it possible for me to once again enjoy daily meals. I’m down to 81lbs now and looking forward to Affordable Dentures creating a new set of dentures so I can partake of and eat food again. #Forever Grateful! JJ Owens!!!!!!
They did my top snap in Denture, and I'm saving to get my my bottom done from them as well. I am happy they have a new staff/doctor running the place! The old doctor didn't listen to me, but now, my doctor here at affordable dentures answers all my questions with ease, makes me feel comfortable about my treatment plans, and I feel he actually cares about his patients. I'm happy I went to affordable dentures! I can finally eat and feel confident smiling. I wouldn't go anywhere else! 😁

My mother in law is 97 and while a patient at Silver Cross hospital a nurses aide dropped her dentures breaking them in half. My mother in law was released to us to start hospice. When we told the hospital about the nurses aide breaking the lower denture, Silver Cross offered to buy us 'lunch' at the cafeteria????? Refused to replace or help get them repaired. Lawyer is now involved. We went to Affordable Dentures explained the situation and we were prepared to pay the $250 so Mom could spend her last days in hospice eating her favorite foods. When the staff heard the story they Refused payment and repaired the Denture pro Bono(Free) in 3 hours. I can only use superlatives in describing their kindness, professionalism, quick repair so a dying old lady could eat a few last meals. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR KINDNESS. I Would highly recommend their services and we will be forever grateful for their kindness
The entire process was very professional. As a new patient I was treated very professionally and with care. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able explain everything in a manner that I understood. The dentist was also very knowledgeable and explained everything very carefully so I had a full understanding of the upcoming procedures
