6 +mths ago I went to this office to get an upper denture replacement..I was offered a discount full price by the pitcher/barker about their special on snap in dentures..Super Happy...when I went for my last scheduled apptmt I was told that there was a discrepancy about my full payment and for my completion I had to pay a substantial amount more and how their products would need upkeep for Years and I needed to pay up front for this as well..no guarantees or money back is allotted... Sadness Frustrations Regrets...Feeling Scammed in my old age 37 Flipped 🤭
Clean, spacious waiting area. Courteous staff. Knowledgeable staff, assistants and Doctors. Adjusted their presentation per request because of my hearing deficiency. Procedures were clearly explained and performed expeditiously. I have several more visits. Prayerfully all goes well.
I had a excellent experience. The entire staff were very professional and cordial. They went that extra mile for me to get my dentures the same day and I am extremely grateful. I would definitely recommend them.
This place had us pay a bill with discounts of around 8-9k in June 2025 reassuring us that all was paid to start service- removed all the remaining teeth to prep for dentures… in September 2025, they called to informed us that the discount was “too much” and needed to pay the “remaining balance” which was another 2.3k to be able to resume service. Take your money else where.
I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. I underwent implant and temporary prosthetic treatment at this office and experienced ongoing issues with the temporary teeth, including severe pain, pressure, gaps affecting speech, a crooked bite, headaches, and difficulty eating and speaking. Despite multiple visits and requests for correction, the issues were not resolved. On one occasion, I requested emergency removal of the temporary prosthesis due to significant pain. My request was refused the same day, even though I was in visible distress and accompanied by my daughter. I was offered pain medication instead of addressing the source of the pain. I ultimately lost confidence in the care I was receiving and decided to seek treatment elsewhere. This experience was physically painful and emotionally distressing. I hope this review encourages the business to improve communication, patient care, and responsiveness to patients experiencing complications. If I could have rate this place zero stars I would have.
