This place is a joke I drive 4 houres for an appointment that is at 10:30 am im pulling into the parking lot as they call me saying they have to reschedule because I need to be there 30 minutes before. I'm 15 minutes early for my appointment I said im in the parking lot told no sorry we have to reschedule you have to be 30 minutes early. Ya I will not place is a joke. 4 hours I drive to be at a appointment and clearly 15 minutes early aint enough.

My experience was great. Considering the situation. Doc sure knew what he was doing and it made me feel so much better. My new smile means the world to me. Thank you Curtis Broeker, you and your staff 🫶🏻

Note: These are just my immediates. Warning: My story is long. I'm 38 years old. I had almost a full mouth extraction (-4 teeth on the bottom) in March or 2025 with another reputable provider in Colorado Springs. I was supposed to wake up with immediates on the top and a partial on the bottom. When I woke up my worst fear came true they did not fit and I was basically toothless. Over the next 5 months my provider remade my immediates twice (that I paid 1600 out of pockets for) they never fit. She basically slapped the mold in my mouth never measured never marked.. just had me bite and that was it. After the last immediate didn't fit, I decided to look at other options and I found -Dr. Broeker. He was forward and to the point with the status of my current dental health which I appreciated and we decided to remove the last 4 teeth and do a full denture. I had surgery on Oct 27, 2025 and when I woke up I had teeth for the first time in over 6 months. He changed my life. He gave me my confidence back and I could not be happier with his work or results. He was so particular with my fitting. Me measured my bite.. marked where my lips laid etc. with my wax try ins he was even more detailed. Could not be happier. His staff is amazing too! Shout out to Jess and her awesome play list 🫶🏻. My first provider was a 5.0 rated dentist. If you are looking for dentures, implants etc.. DO NOT SEEK OUT A DENTIST. Learn from my mistake. Seek someone who has done their time and mastered their craft in the dental world. This is your spot! If your nervous..embarrassed etc like I was, don't be. This is the best decision I ever made after months of regret. Dr. Broeker is who you want!

Very clean office, very friendly staff. If staff aren't available at that very moment... it's because they are working. I emphasize that they are working because too many times I go into a business and the staff is just sitting talking to each other or playing on their phones. I was very impressed with all staff here!

Initial Trust Vanished: Flawed Final Product and Dismissive Resolution My journey with this practice began with genuine confidence. The initial consultations were excellent; I felt comfortable, reassured, and believed the staff was truly authentic and dedicated to my results. However, the dynamic shifted drastically the moment I signed the contract. The genuine connection evaporated, replaced by a distinct sales-focused approach that lacked the original warmth and authenticity. Despite this change, I was an ideal patient. I followed every instruction, attended every appointment, and never called with a single pain point or need for adjustment until the final set was ready. The core issue lies with the final impression and fitting. Immediately after receiving the final set, I noticed a significant functional flaw: I must manually reset or adjust my jaw every single time to achieve proper alignment. This is not a minor discomfort; it’s a constant, functional failure that undermines the entire expensive procedure. When I raised this serious issue, the response was deeply unconcerned. I was met with a dismissive comment along the lines of, "I'd be surprised if you don't have any pain points." Furthermore, I was told that since the final set was placed, "nothing much could be done" and that the result was effectively final. As an out-of-state patient traveling from Texas to Colorado for treatment, this lack of confidence in correction is unacceptable. I cannot justify the time and expense of traveling back for a follow-up if the provider has already stated they have no ability to fix the foundational issue. The quality of the overall service throughout the process was likely good, but the final, critical step was flawed, and the practice’s refusal to stand behind the outcome or offer a confident solution has resulted in a one-star experience. The procedure is only as good as its final result, and mine is functionally compromised with zero path to resolution.
