I was happy with my experience. The staff were very welcoming. Definitely had me smiling with how they introduced each other . Made me feel very comfortable almost instantly at that point . From there the process was nice & smooth when getting the X-rays . Next was seeing the Dr. for an exam & being explained the process from the staff member during & after the Dr’s exam was very easy to understand . Which is Great in my opinion. On day 2 , I came in to get my impressions done . That experience was great even with it being uncomfortable at times . I’m super happy with my time with them so far !! I think your time there will be enjoyable & comfortable ! I love that feeling when it comes to trusting people to preform dental health care . I would recommend Roanoke Affordable Dentures & Implants !
Everyone that I have met at this office has been very friendly and nice! The dentist took his time doing my impressions and didn’t rush me when trying on the denture. It was very obvious that he wanted to be sure I was completely satisfied.All around great office!
Dr. Felo, is excellent at his job as well as Assistant Jessica, and the entire staff gets 100% for Professionalism, Courtesy, and Kindness for each time I have been there as a patient. Highly recommend their facility to meet your dental needs!!
I was very disappointed with affordable dentures and implants. It took from June of 2024 till September of 2025 to have two implants completed. I had to call multiple times to remind staff I existed. They had forgotten to file claims with my dental insurance. Completely dropped me from any follow up after teeth were extracted. Told the dentist left the country without contacting me. Extending the time before I had final crowns placed. Failed to even respond to call and text messages by me. To confirm my appointment. Finally! No mention of not completing third implant For tooth they extracted.
The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure I had all the information I needed before I left my consultation. Have already recommended them to two other people I know that also want to get estimates on getting teeth removed. Give them a try!
