I think the staff is wonderful however, my Dentures themselves do not fit properly and unfortunately I have injured my back. I am due for surgery so I can’t go back and get them adjusted till I am allowed to drive and or ride in a car. My hundred days expired because of Back injury. I am hoping when I am able to meet with the doctor he will understand that my dentures have not been right since I’ve gotten my new ones the old ones fit great However, the Upper denture cracked and had to be repaired and the lower denture stopped Snapping into the hardware. So I had to have them replaced and now the new dentures are just too big. I can’t chew I keep getting sores in my mouth and then I lost a tooth which they did replace for me as soon as I could find somebody to bring the denture in and have it replaced, but they were only purchased in September. I shouldn’t have lost a tooth so soon. So anyway, thank you. I do enjoy the staff like I said above. I just think these Dentures Were not made properly because they are completely different and feel different in two different and I can’t talk. I lisp. Thank you again.
If I could give 0 stars I would! My mother came here for dentures and has had a very disappointing experience. She has returned multiple times because the dentures do not fit her mouth at all and will not stay in place. Because of this, she cannot eat normally and is limited to soft foods only. She has lost weight as a result. After several visits, she was told there was “nothing they could do” because her gums were not designed for dentures — after her teeth had already been pulled and dentures made. She then went elsewhere for a second opinion and were told the dentures are too large and too long for her mouth, which directly explains the problems she’s having. For the amount of money being charged, my mother expected dentures that fit properly, look good, and allow her to eat — none of which has been achieved. This situation has affected her health and quality of life. I would strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before committing to treatment here. Also, she wanted me to mention that she signed paperwork without them explaining anything to her. She’s close to 80 years old and didn’t know what she was signing, which they took advantage of considering they knew she wasn’t satisfied with her dentures
Ok so my journey was a lengthy one here. There were some bumps in the road as far as my treatment. No 2 humans are exactly alike. So each case is essentially a different case. I didn't fully understand how this all works. I must admit I was freaking out over situations that are common because I didn't understand. That's why they are the professionals. The entire staff treated me very well the entire time! The people that work at this establishment care about doing a good job and they work very hard. The whole process took 11months from start to finish. I am happy! A special thank you to Vanessa, Daniela, and Dr. Sivagnanam!
My tooth extraction was excellent! I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Sass was professional and explained everything he was going to do. It took 5 minutes. No pain 3 hours after the extraction-- even without taking pain pills. Something I wasn't happy about was the receptionist. She was eating a large sandwich right in front of me at the check-in desk. It was appalling, even disgusting. Very unprofessional. Never eat in front of your patients. Go to the break room and come back when you're finished. Also take blood pressure with the upper arm sleeve. Because the wrist sleeve is highly inaccurate. My girlfriend is a doctor. The readings they took of me were not accurate.
Best experience I’ve had with a dentist in my whole life. I’ve had such bad experiences that it made me not want to step foot in another dental office. Vanessa was my assistant and she talked to me in such a calm and caring way that made me feel at ease from the very beginning. I had Dr Mehta and right when he walked into the room, he explained the whole process of me getting my top denture and just had so much care and compassion for me. For once in my life, I’m excited to make my next appointment to get the smile I’ve always wanted. Thank you Vanessa and Dr Mehta!!!!
