In the early stages, but so far so good. Have elderly mother with cognitive impairment. Initial consultation was free( opposed to $300 at previous dentist) Had many questions because of age , budget, mental state. Staff was courteous and attentive. Scheduling was easy and they were timely in providing service. We are going to go ahead and have dentures made. Will return to update review , if needed.
I can honestly say I had nothing but a POSITIVE experience over the last year with this office. If I had an issue, they were able to get me in same or next day. They worked with me and my problems. Dentures are a work in progress. Its not a one and done visit. Even after 12 months they remade my dentures because I had lost weight and my dentures became to big. I highly recommend this office.
I had to take my mother to her appointment and she didn’t really want to go to this dental appointment because she said she went there about 3 years ago. But I made the appointment because I spoke to Amber and she explained they were under new management and give them a shot! Well we arrived and everyone was so nice and the environment feels comfortable. I must say I was very impressed that in the matter of 5 hours we were out of there and it was just like Amber said it would be and this is why I’m writing this so you know this new staff has their stuff together plus professional! And the lab guy, the Dental Assistants especially Kimberley was super nice and helpful. I recommend this location!
I want to give a full five-star review to the team at Affordable Dentures & Implants in Schertz, Texas, for the incredible care they’ve given our friend, Robert Ray Gonzalez. His teeth were in extremely bad shape, and he needed a full removal and denture implant procedure. From start to finish, the experience has been nothing short of excellent. The procedure to remove all of his teeth was done with great care — no pain, no discomfort — and that’s saying a lot considering the condition he was in. The entire staff made him feel comfortable and truly treated him like family. The atmosphere was peaceful, welcoming, and professional. Special thanks to Andre, the manager, who handled the financial side with so much understanding and knowledge. His professionalism and willingness to work through options is one of the main reasons this procedure was even possible. Given how expensive dental work can be, he made things easier and gave Robert the chance to get his smile and comfort back. Every step of the way, from the extra appointments to make sure the dentures fit perfectly, to the way they ensured everything felt just right — it’s been a smooth and caring process. Affordable in New Braunfels closed their doors and stole my money without the product given to me. I contacted Corporate office in North Carolina and did all the steps they told me to do to get my money back. I went to a different office in the chain of Affordable Dentures in Schertz for a repair and they treated me horrible and would not call corporate to try and get my money back and the Nurse was very unpleasant with me calling me a liar. I even had to tell her go look at yalls cameras, I am not lying. This office in Schertz told me the day before my appointment they were going to look up my records from corporate; my hope would be I would get my product I paid for or they would give me a credit. They did not do that at the point when I arrived for my appointment. After being SO UGLY to me, I walked out and picked up my phone in the parking lot and found someone else. The same day I called another dentist, Endeavor, after the poor treatment from Affordable Dentures. They worked me in, found a solution, worked with the insurance, and rushed my repair. The office is so sweet and comforting with fantastic bedside manner. The Dentist had a great attitude and understood my needs and understood budgets. I will definitely go back for my families dental needs and already booking my next appointment. The building was friendly and clean. So don't use Affordable Dentures in my opinion and if I could give a 0 I would. If a Dentist makes you feel bad emotionally, they are not your dentist. Bed side manner matters as well as nurses attitudes. I also found out the prices for Affordable Dentures are WAY WAY MORE than a normal dentist. Now I am getting a repair and new product for quarter of the price. Do your shopping people. You will find better prices.
