Bought a replacement set of premium dentures, I had to wait 3 weeks from the first appointment to get them, the teeth don't line up, fit very loose, almost 2,500 for that garbage. I have a warranty but I can't keep missing work. So I will deal with it for a little while and go somewhere else and pay again. They will never touch my stuff again.

The dental work is always great, Love the dental assistance and The younger front desk agent is amazing and very personable recently Another receptionist was hired shes very rude dry and Blunt she needs to be in the back filing papers or emptying the trash. I almost canceled my whole appointment. I thought it was just me, but as I watched her in the lobby, she was rude with everyone else also.

My daughter (Makyia)had her wisdom teeth removed today and Ms Christyana took good care of my girl while she was in the back. She also prepared a care package for her to leave with. Love her

did not want to leave a negative review, but after receiving reminders to do so, I felt it was important to share my experience. I had ten teeth pulled and received top and bottom partial dentures. While the extractions went fine, the ongoing adjustment process has been very disappointing. My dentures have never felt comfortable, and nearly a year later, I am still waiting for my permanent set. Each time I go in for adjustments, I feel like I am bothering the staff. Appointments last only a few minutes, and when I explain that I need time to wear the dentures to see if the issue is resolved, I am told, “You’ll be fine.” I have gone in with painful sores, yet the concerns feel dismissed rather than fully addressed. Because of the discomfort, I stopped wearing my bottom partial months ago and only wear the top one when necessary. I recently returned for another adjustment and experienced the same attitude. At one point, a staff member rolled her eyes at me, which was upsetting and unprofessional. I was told my permanent dentures would be ready in May, but it is now August. I understand healing can affect timelines, but communication and care have been lacking. For a $7,000 investment, I expected to feel supported and taken seriously. This has been a stressful and emotional experience. I hope improvements are made so future patients feel heard and properly cared for. FOLLOW UP: I went in last week to discuss about getting my permanent ones, and if it would be an issue that I had a problem with one of the teeth that my partial hooked on to. A long story short, it seems as though they have improved big time with their customer care. I didn’t feel like I was a problem or that they were rushed or didn’t care!

Great service. I was called quickly. Was a long wait. Staff pleasant and helpful. Fixed my problem
