Everyone at Affordable Dentures is very nice and friendly. They work extremely hard to make sure you are satisfied with whatever service you are receiving that day. Also, the prices on everything are very reasonable and they accept insurance. That being said, I have been there at least 4 times lately, and every time, I have been in the waiting room for anywhere from at least half an hour up to almost 2 and a half hours. I understand that things beyond their control happen sometimes, but when I have a 2 o'clock appointment, to try in a wax denture, I dont expect to leave at 5 o'clock. Other than the wait time, I highly recommend Affordable Dentures for their commitment to doing everything they can to please their clients and the very friendly staff and doctors.

This started out with a convincing story of what my daughter needed along the lines of replacing her 2 front teeth with a simple bridge until we could get her two front teeth replaced implants costing about $8000. All of this was acceptable until she came in for her appointment to have the bridge set . Traffic on 270 was stopped running her 15 minutes late. They refused to see her ( they always seem to be short of staff) and put her off for another week ( making 3 weeks total with no front teeth) They bridge was finished but the receptionist was mean, denigrating and so disrespectful of her that she was in tears. I called and she hung up on me. My daughter is a professional and attending meetings with no front teeth is damaging to her career. The bridge was made and in house but she wasn't allowed to simply go back and have it put in. The bully of a receptionist would not allow us to speak with a Dr. She has $8000 of implants being done in the coming months but due to the absolute disrespect, disregard and rudeness of this receptionist we will be having the work done elsewhere where they care and respect their patients.

My visits have been extremely pleasant no long waiting and everyone has been very professional. Each visit was right to addressing issues which had come up and correcting any specific problems. Everyone is very professional and polite while you are there it is always about you and your complete satisfaction and no big surprise 's. Thank you all looking forward to my next appointment. I will happily be recommending Affordable Dentures and Implants for all your Dental care. Thank you!
