I have been a patient of Dr. Colon over 18 years n he is the best. He expains all procedures so professional that is necessary for keeping my teeth n gums always in good condition. He has the best staff to make all patients feel so welcome when they arrive for their appointments. A wonderful professional office. You will enjoy your visit.
I call the office because an implant had come out with my lower denture, which were done by their office. I had paid $7,000 for these dentures. The person answering the phone, asked if I could hold on. She later comes back to the phone and said she would make me an appointment. Then I asked if there there would be a charge, I was told no. Then today after I was called back, they done an x-ray, placed me in a room. Shortly afterwards the doctor came in. Stated I could either have the surgery to put the implant back, which would take having to have some stitches. Then he said I could decide to wait, since the other implants were good. Then as we were about to leave, the young man at the front desk said that it would be $130 . Then I said I was told there would be no fee. Then the doctor came up. I restated my self. After I became upset. The doctor said since I was make it personal, I said you don’t tell someone o charges before hand then tell them there is. Then he said I could leave and not return. The I started you did the implant and to say I can’t come back, open the door for a law suit. The he said I didn’t have to pay the $30. It was an Upsetting and upsetting experience. I can’t feel great in referring anyone to them.

I went here for a 3rd opinion on 6 of my top front teeth and was reassured that I was correct that I really only needed fillings to fix them. When I explained to the dentist that the 2 dentists I seen before him refused to do fillings and wanted to do root canals and crowns (over $9k worth of work after insurance) that I prefer to pull them and have a partial because thats all I could afford and I rather have an honest dentist work on my mouth than some other dentist just looking for a paycheck, after some consideration (20mins), he was understanding, compassionate, and gave me a treatment plan to fit that need. I had those 6 teeth removed on Oct 7th, 2025 and my experience that day was amazing! He was very quick to get me numbed, pulled, and immediate partial put in BUT was very careful to not cause much gum damage and make sure the partial fit correctly. Again, AMAZING man right there and his assistant, hands down was the best ever!! And I've got to give a shout out to the staff as well because they have been compassionate, very helpful, and responsive every step of the way!! If I could give this office 10 stars, they would get it because they're absolutely deserving!! Everyone who has asked about my experience and where I went, I recommend them here. Hands down the best place to go!!! Photo of gums is 5 days after extractions, photo with teeth is the immediate partial that was placed.
