Awesome first experience! Everyone was really kind and the Dr took her time to explain things and answer ALL of my densitry questions even if it was about cleanings. So quick and efficient too, you felt like everyone was experience. Took the time to show transparent prices for all the choices I had.
I wanted to update my review. I would give this place 0 stars, but you have to give them at least one. I took my business elsewhere after being taken for over $5,000 from this place. I received a respectable and quality service from my original denture people. Trying to patronize my own community was a disaster! Where this fraud Harvey told me I needed these extra strong dentures and to pull all my teeth out my head; I was given flex dentures that are more comfortable and have not broken once. For those who haven't read my original post, I had 4 sets of dentures break by this place. Of it was my fault, not their lab. I'm dropping a pic of my new smile. Thanks Buckhead family Dentistry!!!!
I absolutely love this place. I am new to Georgia & needed an emergency tooth pulled. The staff was amazing, friendly, o we & beyond. Customer service was on 1000. I didn’t feel rushed or ignored. They listened to me, gave me an entire plan & encouraged me. I highly recommend. & I look forward to starting & finishingmy treatment plan to give me the smile I want.
I was very impressed with every staffs member that I came in contact with. The time I spent with the Doctor help me realize that I had chosen the right decision in going there. Affordable Dentures & Implants had me thinking other felt the same way I did by the amount of people coming in and going out.
I had high hopes for Affordable Dentures, The staff was very nice but they had to keep my dentures for a couple of hours, they told me to come back at 2:30 , I didn't get out of there until 3:30 and when they brought them to me they were full of the debris from the casting, I think it was very unprofessional and I am totally disappointed that the staff didn't do a better job of cleaning my dentures before handing them back to me.
