The staff here are awesome! For someone who has dental anxiety, I can actually say I enjoyed my first initial visit and felt very at ease. The staff and the provider are very personable and nice. The provider throughly examined me and explained all my needs and concerns. I would definitely recommend this place!
The Staff were very nice. Also, Dr. Kem had a lot of patience with me because I was having an off day and when I was supposed to bite down slowly and freeze when he tells you to. Well, it only took three times for me to follow his instructions when biting down on the wax piece thing. I told him that I was sorry and he said to me, “ you don’t need to be sorry.” I thought that was sweet. So, far so good on my first visit, on 3/20/25.
I liked every part of the visit until the end. The receptionist seemed to not be interested in doing her job. She wanted us to supply all fax numbers for referring doctors verses calling the doctor offices which we had already supplied numbers for. Did not want to separate the quotes we requested but put them all as one. We asked to speak to the doctor once more, she acted inconvenienced and rude. Yet, the doctor was great in taking time again to help us understand what the plan is .
Had a good visit on my last visit. This is due to the fact that there is a new managing dentist along with new staff. The office was clean for a change. It was a pleasant atmosphere that I could feel when first entering the office. I am so relieved and happy. A weight lifted off of me looking forward for the competition of my dental work finally! Hallelujah, Hallelujah, thank you my Dear Sweet Lord in Heaven! Amen
All of their staff were so kind, empathetic, and compassionate. I came with a lot of joking and they even put up with all of that! Doc was super nice and as an old lady very nice on the eyes! Anyway, I sure wish it was a regular dentist!
