The reason for the 4 star instead of 5 was because of the wrong information given from the call center. When calling the 800 number an appointment was made for the next day emergency extraction. However, when we got to the appointment, we were told that it was strictly a consultation. We had driven two hours for this appointment and have been disappointed at first. However, the staff was very nice and understanding. We did the consultation and was pleasantly surprised that they said they would do the extraction. They apologized for the wrong information given by the call center and wanted us to have a good experience. Recommendation for this is expect only a consultation first regardless what the call center states . But I definitely recommend the staff they made my stepdaughter feel very comfortable.

I have been in many different times since September. These employees are not doing anything the same. No one has a clue to whats happening. I discussed my treatment plan with the dentist and Tracy. I was then given a quote for the entire plan. Every time I went in no one knew what I was there for. Tracy told me I could pop in any time for an adjustment, no appointment needed. Turns out you do need one and when asked Tracy denied telling me that. Today went in and I was told I chose the wrong dentures for what I wanted. Tracy scheduled this appointment and an appointment for surgery. She then tells the dentist i asked to come in early for this particular step of treatment. Not accurate, she also acted surprised when I said what we were doing. She had been the one to get everything set up from the very beginning. She set up the surgery appointment a month to early and then said she didn't know i was looking to get implants. I honestly don't know what informattion they put in my chart but everything was a mess. I am currently waiting for the final step which will be complete in the next month. I will not use them again. I also would not recommend going there at all.

If I could give half a star I would. I went to the office on Odana Rd in Madison WI at first thought it was alright, until they kept rescheduling my appointments last minute, they never answer the phone. I had to pay out of pocket and they didn't apply my debit card payment to my account so when my insurance company mailed them My reimbursement check they took over $1,600 out of it without telling me. When I called asking about the check the lady answering the phone that day was extremely rude and said well you'll just have to prove it with receipts. Went there 4 days later and provided proof and was told they would have to send it to corporate for approval! I eventually got my entire reimbursement back but I will never go back nor would I recommend this place!
