It was quick and fast. My teeth fit and look great very happy with them. The Doctor and staff was friendly and great. Best choice I've ever made. Update: my dentures broke they fixed them right away, They are so great hear love the staff and Doc hes awesome.
I put off going to the dentist for a long time. I was not only scared but couldn't afford it. I heard from many people about affordable dentures decided to give them a try. From the minute I walked in the door the staff made me feel welcome and they were very polite. They were great. Wasn't long at all I was in a room and his assistant helped keep me calm as he did the procedure. He talked me through it all and was very patience and understanding and before I new it I was done. They did great. They are the nicest kindest people and I thank them all for letting me smile again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Blown away!! I've been to many dentists over the years and have had bad experiences and awesome as well! Robin, who handled my new patient forms and check in was flawless, friendly and had ZERO attitude. I honestly felt welcomed by her... Dr. Tina Stoner, DMD was warm welcoming and answered each question with no sense of haste or like I was taking up too much of her time. Even tho on the door when I arrived a sign read "we're short staffed today, we apologize for any excessive wait time". If they give this type of service when their short on help I can't fathom how they could improve with more staff. Like I said "blown away" My appointment was for first time full dentures and there are many options, bells and whistles at no time did i feel pushed or strongly guided towards the top tier and a higher price tag. To me, it was about my comfort, my informed consent, my options and how to realistically transition from no teeth to dentures and eating healthier. Did I mention i have a fobia of dentists? I do, and I felt at ease, cared for and after and respected as a person not my check book. Dr Tina, Robin, Thank you so much for the welcome and the honesty. You're both an asset to our community and I appreciate you both immensely!!
The staff is awesome. They honestly care about every individual patient. They answer all and any questions. They even called to check up on my progress after the extraction procedure. I have been recommending Affordable Dentures to everyone whom asks where and what group has done my beautiful teeth. Dr. Trulsson is so awesome. I recommend this Doctor and his staff to all individuals who need dentures.
The staff at your St. Joe MO store are super friendly. They take the time to explain every step and ensure you understand before moving on. No judgement from anyone regarding I had 30 year old dentures or that I had fixed them myself using super glue. They did take the time to explain why it was important to get new one every 7-10 years and it made sense. I was not told this when I got the first pair. I will say that with all of the staff being so awesome, I won't mind going back in a few years for a replacement pair. Thank you guys!!!!
