I was so impressed with the people in Affordable Dentures and Implants. I was told by another dentist that I needed an implant. Instead of having them do it, I went to Affordable Dentures and Implants. I gave a CT Scan to Dr. Cordova who reviewed and determined there was enough bone to do it. Made the appointment and readied myself to be tortured. But Dr. Cordova was quite humourous with some of his antidotes. Very friendly and personable. He made me relax and feel I was in good hands. Once he began to work on my tooth that needed to be extracted, he immediately determined something was not right. He took an X-ray and could find nothing wrong with the tooth or surrounding area. It turns out it didn't need an implant after all. At least not at this time. Hooray! I have to say that everyone in that office was terrific! Elissa at the front desk was friendly, helpful and had a terrific personality. Kristin, Dr. Cordova's assistant was also helpful and friendly. All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend Dr. Cordova and Affordable Implants and Dentures to anyone. Thank you Dr. Cordova, Kristin and Elissa!!
I went in for a reline about a year after I got My permanent dentures I went in on a Friday and Saturday the bottom broke in half when I took them to them to get them fixed. They epoxy them back however they fix them and I have a warranty. I paid way too much money for somebody just to not remake them. I was not thrilled when they pulled my teeth. I complained about being in pain and he said I can poke you again, but it’s gonna hurt the same it’ll take longer so I told him to just pull them. I live 25 minutes from town. I cried all the way home because I was in so much pain. when I got my permanent teeth, they looked bigger and felt bigger than my temporary ones. in places, my permanent are thin. Even after a reline. I would not recommend them unless you have no other means of getting teeth fixed. After I got my real line, there was the white stuff in the inside of the teeth almost like the real line did not set right. you can see in the second photo that there is thin spots they said that was because of the bone
I have been a patient for four years. Dr. Cordova is excellent, skilled, knowledgeable, he listens, he offers options, and has a terrific staff. Jonathan is a professional with skills and personality to match. I enjoy my teeth and am glad that I found Affordable. You will never feel like just a number there!!!
The staff are very nice. Always smiling, polite and friendly. My dentures turned out pretty good. Especially since I didn't purchase the most expensive ones. I live 100 miles from Reno and was trying to decide between Aspen or Affordable dentures to replace my old worn out ones. The NATIONAL reviews for both providers weren't too good, but the reviews for Affordable dentures in Reno were pretty good. I am glad I chose to go to them.
Office personnel were super professional as was environment. Consultation could not have gone better with ease of conversation with doctor who was clear and covered all content regarding procedures. Answered all questions and offered pricing better than expected. Highly recommended.
