My experience with Akeso was very positive. They got me in and prep me for oral surgery and all the staff and Dr. K Brown was amazing. Did a great job on my surgery, and the healing process was good. Look forward to seeing her again in 2 months for implant. Thank you all for the amazing job. I recommend this oral surgeon Kiara Brown for her great job that she did.
If I could give them 10 stars I would! Professional, kind, and reassuring. I was nervous. Was given a stress ball, some jazz, and a blanket. Dr. Brown came in and explained everything quickly, I got my IV and next thing waking up. I probably fell asleep before the medicine lol but I experienced no pain, just soreness. The entire staff was wonderful. The front desk did their best to get me in the following week, X-rays, procedure, and I was out of there. Thank you!
Dr. Jake Lazer was absolutely amazing! I didn’t feel a thing — not even a pinch — and honestly had to laugh watching him stay so focused trying to get my tooth out. He handled everything with such patience and care. The entire Akeso team was just as impressive. They were friendly, professional, and followed up afterward to make sure I was healing well and had all my questions answered. From start to finish, the whole process was quick and stress-free. I’m truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism. If you’re nervous about dental work, go see Dr. Lazer at Akeso — you’ll be in the best hands!
My husband went to see Dr. Brown to extract 4 very painful wisdom teeth. I spent over an hour speaking to office staff to get things set for him. I even had to get additional assistance to cover the bill. Dr. Brown said she was pulling them today but her staff was extremely confusing when attempting to explain the cost. Basically, we left highly irritated, my husband missed a day of work at his new job, and his mouth is still in pain with the wisdom teeth intact. Oh did I forget to mention, we were only short by approx $23. I’m so tired of these medical professionals that care more about money than their patients. I jumped through hoops to get my husband treatment and going into debt over some damn teeth but to dismiss him with this pain over $23 that was heartless and very sad.
My daughter got her wisdom teeth removed this morning and this location is awesome! Dr. Brown and her assistant were great with my daughter. From the consultation appointment to the actual surgery day, everything went smoothly and prompt and the staff were very friendly and professional. Everyone I encountered showed great kindness and compassion towards patients. I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!
