Staff was nice. The nurses were attentive during the procedure. No complaints other than when it came time to remit payment. I was advised a month ago upon scheduling for a procedure the amount due for the entire appointment. Once I arrived at the appointment during check in, I specifically asked again about the cost just to confirm. The receptionist confirmed the same exact amount I had been told at the time I scheduled the appointment. Mysteriously, after the procedure was complete I was then told $100 more than what I had anticipated by the same receptionist. When I inquired about the up charge, she said there was an office fee of $100 added on to my procedure. That’s just completely unacceptable. ***Updated*** I wanted to add back a few stars from my initial review. I truly appreciate Dr. Klein for addressing this at my recent follow up appointment.
If I could leave 0 stars I would! Dr Kimberly lied the entire time! My daughter was came out the hallway screaming and crying! They held her down trying to get a IV knowing she was terrified of needles and then he goes “I lied”. I asked for accurate notes and they refused to give me accurate ones they just gave me some generic wrote up ones. HORRIBLE!!!
I can’t say enough good things about this office. I just loved the staff and Dr Kimberly. He was great. I definitely would go back there for anything else that I may need done. The best dental experience ever. They all made you feel like they really cared about you. Thank you so much Dr Kimberly and staff
I have been to this location for a tooth extraction twice now, one with sedation and one without. Both were wonderful experiences I have been seen by Dr Klien and Dr Kimberly and they are both great as well the rest of the staff on making you feel safe!
I just had wisdom teeth surgically removed this morning. First time anesthesia, I was nervous. Staffs are very friendly, kind, made me calm and relax. The bedside manner of nurses and doctor was amazing. Dr. Klein was very professional, gentle and quick (I’ve told It will take 1-2hrs. It took me only 30 minutes) He did excellent job! I appreciate the entire team at stow!! 👍
