Was doing an implant, total about $3175.00 No dental insurance and self pay. I paid half as agreed, went back 6mos later only to be told he (Dr. Walter Wilson) decides that I now need a 'sinus lift'. Another $2500.00 needed in full before proceeding further. Had i been told that before pulling tooth, I may have given a 2nd thought... Doing the sinus lift would postpone the implant 6-8 more months. I honestly don't feel like he/they were honest with me and clearly wanted more $$ Basically, I pd around $1575.00 to have a tooth removed. No refund to me. Be aware! Read the fine print! Ask questions! Nothing was ever mentioned to me about a sinus lift and after going to another oral specialist, I was told not needed! I do not recommend Dr. Wilson Walter
I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here and could not be more thankful for the staff and their professionalism! Dr. Rothman and his staff were very nice and very good at their jobs. I was in and out in about an hour with very minimal pain and swelling. I even got a personal phone call from Dr. Rothman a few hours after the surgery to see how I was doing. I Would 10/10 recommend Dr. Rothman and his staff.
I went to this location to have all 4 of my wisdom tooth extracted. From the time I walked in, the front office staff was amazing. The Dr. came in and talked to me about the procedure and how the process would go. The nurse that cared for me was nothing short of amazing. I was super nervous but the nursing staff helped tremendously with everything.. Overall excellent service. Update: Day 3 and I’m not able to feel my left side of my lip nor can I feel my left side of my chin. My aftercare instructions didn’t say anything about what to do if this happens. I decided to call the office and was rushed off the phone and told to wait a few weeks and a nerve might have been hit. Without even fully understanding my needs. Made me feel like they had my money and there was no care for me. I will update in a few days if my feeling comes back or not.
Went to this facility to have a wisdom tooth extraction and another tooth extracted. The front office staff was amazing. Dr. Wilson came in and talked to me about procedure. I was very nervous but the nursing staff helped tremendously with that. Overall excellent service. I will recommend this place to everyone.
Dr Rothman was great with my husband's complex surgery. He and the staff were very kind and helpful navigating the whole process. We would definitely recommend him to our family and friends.
