Everyone was amazing except the girl that opened the door for me and my sister. She was not the best. I work in healthcare and the first person you see is important on making the patient feel welcomed and comfortable etc. she opened the door with attitude no good morning. She told my friend the buzzer was for her that was the first thing out of her mouth. & the other lady was super sweet though!! Just so it’s no confusion this was Monday 2/2 i was the first person to come in and the small lady that was to my right was amazing. It was the other young lady that was sitting to the left when walking in who wasn’t pleasant at all. Initially i was gonna write a review with a low number but this doctor was amazing! So kind. What a great team he has. That girl maybe had a bad morning but you have to fake it till you make it in this field unfortunately. I’m really big on things like that because it’s so many people in healthcare who don’t need to be & it’s so sad. Shoutout to the Dr for calling me to check on me after surgery as well. I was sneezing a lot after surgery & I’ve been under a few times and never had that issue he just rly said he didn’t know why and could be anesthesia lol that was a bit off.. i guess that he maybe brushed it off but overall he was nice and i guess if ya don’t know ya don’t know lol!
From walking in to the front desk, the girls were very nice with sweet smiles on there face Then when I got called back the nurse that took me back was very friendly. Dr. Rothman came in to explain everything that he was going to do to take my tooth out and put bone marrow up in the bone. I was kinda nervous at first but he eased my mind. The nurse that came in my room to put the needle in my arm for anesthesia did a fabulous job. She got it on the first time. I would recommend this place to anyone needing oral surgery.
Today was the first time I used Alabama Oral & Facial Surgery, and the first time I’ve ever been sedated for dental work. The registration and procedure could not have been better. Everything was explained in detail, the staff was pleasant and easygoing, and Dr. Wilson was thorough, friendly, and down to earth. I didn’t know much of anything until I woke up, but it went great. I’ll see how the next few days go, but so far, so good. We drove 50 or so miles, but it was worth it. I’d highly recommend them.
Always a wonderful experience! Having an infected tooth at Christmas time! With all the kids out of school, I expected you being busy. You however, got me in for a consultation! Have scheduled treatment, and I know my experience will be stellar. You nice folks have taken care of my whole family! Thank you! Haley is wonderful. Dr McKay is the finest! My family and I have used Dr Rothman for forty years for various oral surgery needs including but not limited to wisdom teeth removal of my kids and four implants and extractions over the past 30 years. He is one of the most sincere, gentle, honest and knowledgeable professionals I have ever meet. His attention to detail and kindness is reflected through out his well trained and efficient office staff. You will fill comfortable in his tidy and clean office with surgical suits that are high tech and modern. I highly recommend him and team.
