My experience at Alamogordo Dental Group has been superb. The staff are very approachable and courteous, making every visit comfortable. Dr. Cortez is one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. I’ve been to different dentists before, but her hands are incredibly light, and her work is exceptional. While she was doing a filling on my tooth, I barely felt anything, and the result turned out really well. I’m truly grateful for such excellent care!Thank you !!!
Found my NEW DENTAL PRACTICE! From the very beginning the process was awesome. The conversations were professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating! The moment I walked in everyone was welcoming. I was able to complete all paperwork on line a week before. They had my history ready for my appointment and had gone through it. Staff is the best I have seen. Kathy
My husband and I had our first cleaning appt and both agree best experience we both have ever had. Destiny the hygienist is amazing. All staff are friendly including the dentist. We really enjoyed our experience. Their current special to clean our teeth was best we found. We will be back
Had a cleaning with Destiny and she was amazing! Shes through and gentle. In all my years Ive always had to have other offices hand clean my teeth no water tools but she's so gentle and cautious to what felt good to me and for the first time in years I was able to use the water tool! (Not sure what its called exactly) but ill be coming back for sure and ill make sure to recommend her ALWAYS! Again thank youu Destiny 💜
Everything seems friendly at first, until they make an error… The technicians and dentists are nice but the office manager is very curt with an “I don’t care” attitude, and the office staff are not knowledgeable in processing insurance quotes and benefits. Several times we were misquoted what our cost would be, then when checking out the cost was substantially greater and we were demanded to pay on the spot. Not only was the amount higher, it was only an estimated amount as they didn’t wait to get the actual confirmation from the insurance. They also do not tell you if they are out of network. A bit shady. Now we are owed money by them, so we’ll see how that goes. If you have no other choice, do not let them talk you into extra services that aren’t necessary, confirm whether they are within your network of insurance, and do NOT accept or proceed with any services until they have run it through your insurance FIRST and provide you with an actual quote from the insurance, not an estimate. Dr. Mario Samaniego is the owner but is only there on Wednesdays. It’s best to speak to him directly if you have any issues because the office manager is not a nice nor helpful woman and when calling to attempt to resolve the insurance issue, the office staff (Allie) was no longer friendly. I asked her to pass along a message to Dr. Samaniego to call us but based on her attitude, we shall see.
