I knew my teeth were in not great shape…however, the cleaning by Summer was no problem at all! She asked if I was okay several times. She asked if I needed a break. When Dr. Hartzog came in he was gentle but thorough as well. Highly recommend!
Dr. Marshall truly went above and beyond with my broken bridge today. I was worried it would be difficult to fix, but he handled it effortlessly. I’m so grateful to him, his assistant, and the entire staff for their outstanding care, professionalism and kindness! My drive is approximately two hours to his office, and worth every mile! This place has THE best staff! I’ve never met a kinder and more patient group of people. They walk me through every step, from a plan on my teeth, to navigating my insurance, rescheduling, etc. I feel blessed to have a dental “family” that is so caring and supportive.
My appointment today was wonderful. Ms. Wendy is very personable and an absolute sweetheart. This was my first time being with her and she made me feel very comfortable. I bragged about her and my appointment to my family. Can’t wait to see her again in 6 months.
Alexandria Family Dentistry is great. I went in for teeth sensitivity, they got me in and out with no problem. I needed to set up an appointment for a cleaning. They had an opening same day. Everyone there is wonderful. I would definitely recommend.
