I needed a wisdom tooth remove and a cyst around it to be remove as well. after a general anesthesia , doctor Nguyen-Cao took great care of me and the procedure went as best as possible. All his team of associates were very nice and reassuring. I am thrilled my situation is all done and behind me.
I had a cracked tooth and had to have it pulled. I called yesterday and got an appointment today. In at 10am and was out by 10:45 am. Dr. Nguyen-Cao and his staff are amazing. He explained everything to me before the procedure and also during. Which made me feel extremely comfortable and safe. His office is warm and inviting. I trust no one else but him. They also validate parking. I highly recommend.
I cannot say enough good things about Alexandria Oral Surgery. I went in on Monday for two wisdom tooth extractions and was sedated. Even with the sedation, I was extremely nervous before hand due to a very traumatizing experience I had years ago at a different place. After being referred for nearly three years, I’m so glad I finally made the call lol. From start to finish, everything was smooth, efficient, and professional thank you. The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made a huge difference for someone as anxious as I was!. The process was well-explained, the environment felt calm, clean and I never once felt rushed or dismissed. I especially want to give a heartfelt thank you to two absolute all-stars: Ashlei and Chasity. These lovely ladies went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with their warm, personable demeanors. They truly put me at ease before, during, and after my procedure, and even managed to put a smile on my face when I was at my most nervous. That meant more to me than they probably know. If you’ve been putting off oral surgery due to fear or a bad past experience, I highly recommend Alexandria Oral Surgery. They completely changed my outlook, and I’m so grateful for the care I received! (I wish they did regular cleanings because i love it here lol)
I had a wonderful experience at Alexandria Oral Surgery! Dr. Nguyen-Cao and his team were always friendly, professional, and welcoming. Every time I called the office, the staff were patient and helpful in answering my questions. Dr. Nguyen-Cao took the time to explain the wisdom teeth extraction process thoroughly, as well as the healing process during my follow-up visit. I really appreciated his kindness and attention to detail—he even called me the night after my procedure to check on how I was doing. The office also impressed me with how smoothly everything was scheduled, including setting up my follow-up appointment ahead of time. I would highly recommend.
Dr Rothman and staff were superb. My daughter needed a few baby teeth removed before her visit with the orthodontist. Dr Rothman explained in detail every step of the procedure to both of us. She was nervous at the consult as she has never had anything other than routine cleaning done however she was so excited the day of the extractions and she left the office with a smile. Thank you Dr Rothman and staff- highly recommend
