Dr. Lakkis and her team run a very good practice. Only Doctor I have ever been to that if you show up a little early you don't have to wait. They are very efficient along with being professional. The front desk is handled by Zulema who is friendly and very competent with all her duties. I am thankful for the good work done by the whole staff.
My wife says that the cost of care has doubled since the merger - ridiculously expensive - and there was no advance notice of the cash only or cc surcharge or price increase. She has hitherto never had a problem with the practice but she will not be returning.
Dr Lakkis and team are wonderful. It’s such a nice, calming atmosphere. I actually came on the wrong date, and I was so fortunate, Dr Lakkis was able to fit me in. I was having an implant done and she explained step by step what she was doing. I’m very pleased with the experience.
I really appreciate my visits to the office of Dr. Lakkis at Alexandria Periodontics. The periodontal work I have had done by Dr. Lakkis has always been excellent and my results have been 100% successful. She always very carefully reviews the treatment plan in advance and the precision and skill she demonstrates during the procedure explain why she is so highly regarded in this field. Dental Assistant Azita Barber is also incredibly skilled and well-organized, always ensuring prompt, precise, and highly professional treatment. I highly recommend this practice and it is by far the best I have visited in the area for periodontal care.
I want to thank Dr. Lakkis and her staff for making me feel welcome and comfortable. I am very anxious at the dentist but I didn’t feel that way here at all. I didn’t feel judged and I felt that she honestly wanted to help me. I have a very tough situation but I felt confident that she was giving me good advice. I trusted her diagnosis and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs guidance.
