Here’s a polished review that still sounds real and personal: Dr. Alfi is an incredible jaw surgeon who genuinely cares about his patients. From the very beginning, I felt like I was in good hands. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. My surgery was truly life-changing, and I’m so grateful for the results. Recovery honestly wasn’t terrible — you just have to listen to what he says and follow his instructions. The first week I couldn’t walk much because I was on a knee scooter, but by week two I was in a boot and able to start walking more. Moving around more really helped with the swelling and made a big difference in how I felt. I highly recommend Dr. Alfi to anyone needing jaw surgery. He’s skilled, caring, and truly wants the best for his patients. I truthfully could never say enough good things.. this reviews short for how much this surgery changed my life.. and how I couldn’t ask for a better surgeon. I actually feel alive now and my anxiety is way better. My depressions gone too and to actually be able to breathe and be getting good quality sleep as well. The left picture is the day before surgery and the right is about 4 months post op( first photo).. and i dont remember exact timings on the second one

had a very successful jaw surgery with Dr. David alfi The team at Dr. Alfi Clinic was fantastic from start to finish. They were always clear about the procedure and what to expect, which made a daunting process feel manageable. The surgery itself went perfectly, and while the recovery has been challenging, the results are incredible. I can finally eat without pain/breathe easier/feel my bite is correct and my migraines have disappeared/ confidence is boosted.
