STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND MONEY BACK BECAUSE THAT MONEY WILL BE USED TO FIX MY TEETH!! I’m going sue you if I don’t get my refund for what I had to go through because of your terrible, careless work. Do not go here if you need any crowns done. I am suffering now from getting crowns put in, they are cracked, chipped, and spacing out. Also the dentist killed both of my teeth and I have nerve damage and an abscess. Currently swollen from it all and on antibiotics and now need all of my teeth removed because of the infection spreading when I wasn’t properly treated for. I want a refund.
I was not happy at all with my visit, I’m sorry to say do not go here. The staff was very nice, but I didn’t like the dentistry work. I could feel the shots done on my mouth, and the dentist even slipped on one of my teeth and had to put me back in to the chair to add filling on that spot. Months later & my teeth where I got fillings done still hurt when eating sweet things.
Had a tooth extracted on Monday and was prescribed norco. Had a bad reaction and left a voicemail requesting ibuprofen 800 mg instead. Didn’t hear back Tuesday and called Wednesday (today) and was told I’d get a call back by the end of the work day and never heard back. I believe it’s unethical at this point to have a patient in pain for two ( going on three days) after surgery and not do anything when over the counter medication has been taken in place of the norco and isn’t giving relief.
Too bad there's not a rating of less than one star. This dental center does not even warrant one star. It had been 3 years since my last dental visit, and I needed a new dentist, so I gave them a try. This was a totally wasted visit. I went for a cleaning, x-rays (the whole annual maintenance) as well as I've lost part of a couple of fillings, which are starting to bother me. They did take x-rays, but I don't know if the "Dr." even looked at them because no one reviewed them with me, not even to look at the two fillings that need replacing. As for the cleaning, all the hygienist did was run the polisher over my teeth and have me rinse with Listerine. My teeth weren't any cleaner than they are with my daily brushing. My insurance pays for one cleaning every six months. This was a total waste of that benefit. Now I'm going to have to find a competent dentist and pay out of pocket.
