    Great experience! Went in for my first visit with the office yesterday and am completely blown away by the cleanliness of the office/rooms! The staff were phenomenal and very nice! Definitely recommend anybody to this office! 10 out of 10 stars! Will be returning for future care!

    Went here because of the reviews, they are scammers. Set an appointment up for a cleaning, they secretly changed it to getting x-rays which i already had but they did not even try to request it as if I'd never been to the dentist before and never got the cleaning. Only found out until afterwards when they wanted another type of x-ray. Don't go here the incompetence is through the roof.

    Having made an appointment, it was kept on-time as scheduled, was handled efficiently, staff were all knowledgeable and willing to answer questions, Dr. Jennifer Schilke was easy to talk to and explained everything in simple terms. The large facility was clean and well maintained, looking forward to the further care and treatment as discussed and planned. Highly recommend them! Jerry T., Nov., 2025

    Needed an emergency dental visit and they got me in quickly. Great front office staff and treatment staff, very kind and understanding. They clearly explained my various options, and made a temporary crown the same day. I'll go back in 10 days or so for the final crown. Very happy with the results!

    Previously all pleasure experience for couple year. Dentist and hygienist are great. But things changed this morning. Since got charged for teeth cleaning, I tried to ask one front desk about the bill. She was so impatient and unpolite. Even my wife felt the same way. That front desk may have some issues dealing with different people. Have to leave that place and look for a new dentist. Feel so sorry! Follow up: The owner called me this morning before I saw their responses to my review. They asked me to delete my review. But after I saw their responses to my review. I felt they don't understand what was the issue. I felt so insulted by their responses to my review. It is unacceptable. 1. We never express we don't want pay the bill. Instead, I handed in my credit card (American express first, then Master, as they don't accept AE CC) immediately after told there is about $90 copay. I asked the bill as I just want know the reason (this is after I paid and took the receipt!). I should have the right to ask a simple question about my bill, even after my payment? 2. All these issues are about the same front desk person. My Asian friends had similar issue with that front desk and chose to switch to another dentist. 3. I made comments about my feeling, which should be counted as my review. Maybe I am too sensitive, which I usually not in this way. 4. Again, all the issues is not about money (I do not care about $90). It is about the way that front desk talking to me (she explained to me well about the bill, but in an uncomfortable way). 5. The dentist and tech specialist are very professional and polite (we appreciate their service in the past 2 years).
