    I usually NEVER leave reviews but oh my Goodness these people are SERIOUSLY top notch! From the front desk staff who are so nice and helpful to the dental assistant who had me CRACKING up ! To the extremely down to earth and humble dentist , to when I left the clinic and the lady scheduling my next appointment being so plesant, this was my first densit appointment in about 10 years and I am so glad I picked this place. I went for a new patient appointment with x rays full panel and scheduled a deep cleaning, seriously folks, just come with a good attitude and be honest about your teeth and mouth, and you will have a great time. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful, this is definitely my go to dentist from now on! Bonus : I live 5 mins away and there is Walgreens in the same lot and food around so I can get other errands done when I’m finished lol. God bless xoxo

    Ive been a patient at All Family Dental since 2022. The people there go above and beyond their duty and make you feel welcome. They are very helpful and direct with their services

    I didn't want to leave a review but at this point I don't know what else to do. My appointment was back in April and I still haven't gotten a billing issue resolved. I have been sent to voicemail many times without a call back, and I eventually just decided to send them an email with my insurance information asking them to submit the bill to my insurance. I never heard back, and I received a letter in the mail 2 weeks ago saying my payment was overdue. I spoke with a woman on the phone for over an hour last week who took all my insurance information and assured me that they'd resolve it. I called back last night, and they left me a voicemail this morning saying they STILL don't have any updated insurance information for me. I don't know what else to do. Nobody will give me a direct line to call to get this resolved. How many people do I need to talk to until this is done correctly? To top it all off, I had to cancel my filling appointment because they refused to see me before the bill is taken care of. I move out of state in less than 6 weeks and I guarantee they won't be able to get me in by then once this is resolved. I have never been more frustrated with a dental office in my life. Also, fix your leaky water hoses. I shouldn't be leaving an appointment absolutely drenched in water. EDIT 7/10: I received a call from the billing department this morning and the woman said the billing department does not handle insurance! What do they handle then???? She then told me she would call me back and transfer me to the right department at 9am. She then called me back 30 seconds later and said that she'd just send them my information and they'd call me today. They never called, even after I called back. EDIT 12/11: Stop accepting new patients if you can't handle your current patient load!!!! Why are you calling me telling me you *might* cancel my appointments??????? Insane after the work I had to go to to even schedule appointments here.

    My appointment went better then I could have expected Dr. Montoya is such a great surgeon and his staff is so wonderful and helpful. Couldn't be happier with the way things turned out. You can tell they really care about their patients.

    Do NOT waste your time with these grifters... They wasted 2 months of my life and then sprung on me that they wanted to send me home with Tylenol and Ibuprofen after dental SURGERY at the last second... They canceled the first appointment that I made on me, had to wait a month between the consultation, the first appointment, and then the second appointment each time... It's definitely not because they are booked full as they can't even afford a pad to sign your name that isn't broken, now I know why they are struggling... They wouldn't schedule me an appointment for surgery after 8:00am, I live 2 hours away, had to wake up at 4:00am to get to my appointment on time... They had me fast for 8 hours when the consent form only said 6... I have issues with IVs and all they would do is hook me up to oxygen, wouldn't even give me proper gas much less meds... On top of that the wifi password doesn't even work... Honestly, you're probably just better off dealing with the pain... Avoid this place at all cost...
