I haven’t been to the dentist in 2-3 years so I was a bit anxious. Kathy was extremely thorough and kind. Rob was the best dentist I have ever been to. They got me in for my first appointment within a week and my insurance covered everything. Would recommend to everyone who needs a dentist or is thinking about switching. ALLSMILES is the way to go.
As soon as I walked into the building I felt it was the place for me. Everything and everyone was very friendly, welcoming and professional. Tarra was skilled and thorough with cleaning my teeth as well as super knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Saphner went over the X-rays and my teeth with great care. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
I have never been so impressed with a dentist or doctors office in my life. From the second you walk in the door it’s warm and welcoming and feels more like a home than an office. The staff (I think I had interaction with 4 of them) were all so friendly and nice. They set my son’s anxieties at ease and were so helpful with all my questions. The dentist we saw spoke to my son about ice fishing which they overheard us talking about in the waiting room which had my son excited and talking about on the way home. Excellent service and a super cute and inviting environment. I highly recommend. Can I just say again how super cute and comforting all the details are of the decorating. Over all it doesn’t “matter” but it definitely was a bonus and shows how much they care about their business.
I can’t say enough good things about All Smiles! From the moment you walk in, the office is spotless, modern, and welcoming—everything feels clean and well cared for. The staff is incredibly friendly. You can tell the Dr. Saphner truly takes pride in both his work and his practice, and it shows in the quality of care and attention to detail. He is also very personable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust.
After 10 years without a dental visit I was a little apprehensive about how the dental technician would feel about my lapse in care. He was great. Not judgmental and very thoughtful in his recommendations. The exam was thorough and I feel as though I got to know a little about him too. Dr. Rob is also very easy going and I look forward to good care from both.
