I have severe dental anxiety..but I did alot of research and I found this place to have the best reviews of both bedside manner and aftercare. Dr. Godwin was super nice and calming. He walked me through everything he was doing as he was doing it. He made sure to keep asking if I was OK and not in any pain. Everyone from the scheduling to the assistant helping him were truly wonderful. 3 days later and I have no pain and no swelling. I will definitely be back in the future!
Nice clean office with good aesthetics. Fast service; quickly called from the waiting room, vitals taken immediately, saw doctor in less than 5mins of sitting in chair. Very professional; staff was very respectful, friendly and professional
Clerical staff here are ridiculously rude and unhelpful. Truly so unkind when I was just trying to gather information. She acted like I was an idiot and kept telling me to refer to the website rather than answer my questions.
Dr Godwin did my implant and he did a great job. I have anxiety and was a new patient to him but he made me feel as comfortable as a patient who had been seeing him for years. He was very patient with my anxiety and explained things as he went. He has a good calm energy and that was a relief when I'm scared to get an implant for the first time and awake the whole time. I've been to dentists who just didn't make me feel comfortable, or were annoyed by my anxiety and this was the opposite for Dr. Godwin and his staff. They were all amazing and I'm so glad I went here. Highly recommend.
The staff here are very nice and the facility is very clean. I came in for a tooth extraction and the procedure went as planned. I was offered a pill to take for my anxiety in which I did, but it didn’t seem to help my anxiety or nerves very much. It had barely took the edge off, I was having a panic attack in the operation room. The procedure went well and in a timely manner with only minor pain as the tooth was pulled. The only reason for 4 stars is due to the discomfort I experienced from not having something stronger to alleviate my anxiety a bit better. The fear and anxiety for me feels more straining to my body than the procedures themselves do. I’m hoping next time it will be different somehow and i can be much more relaxed for the procedure. I would recommend this dentist to others if they are needing work done for sure.
