We to get all 4 wisdom teeth out and couldn’t be happier with my experience! Was in and out quickly. Everyone was so kind and the healing process has been a breeze for me. Minimal swelling and no bruising. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their teeth removed!
I’m new to Kentucky and was referred by DMD Chris Hanes to Dr. Allen. Both are absolutely why doctors earn more than many. They do not over charge and they are incredibly competent. All of the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Day after surgery I was worried about something and called the call center after hours and patched me through to Dr. Allen , who helped me out over the phone. I wish I could say all my dentists have been this good in my lifetime , but Dr Allen(DDS) is top tier ! 10/10 would recommend and will only go to him when possible
Just had all four wisdom teeth removed, staff was amazing and so was Dr. Allen. I had to reschedule two separate times due to sickness and they was so understanding. Proceeder was quick and effective. They’ve already called to check on me and make sure everything was okay. Dr. Allen made me feel very safe and he really cared about me and how my proceeder went.
First off I would like to say, I don’t understand the bad reviews. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, and had a wonderful sense of humor. The staff additionally WENT OUT of their way to call me and check up on me about 24 hours after my surgery. And that was an amazing feeling knowing they cared that much to check in. I was referred here by my dentist of the last 20 some years to get my 4 wisdom teeth extraction and 3 molar extractions. The procedure was yesterday 6-21-2024 I do not have dental insurance and they made the surgery extremely affordable and even the prescription medication affordable giving me a coupon to help with the pricing I love how they took my budget into consideration when giving estimates for the surgery as well. I chose nitrous oxide gas and I couldn’t even tell the surgery was going on. I was out of the office quick fast and in a hurry as well: the whole procedure took about 1 hr and 20 minutes. I’m now in post op they provided amazing instructions, and I’m in minimal pain. Dr. Allen made this often times dreadful procedure feel just like any other operation in terms of oral pain. (I was a bit nervous heading into it hearing the horror stories online and through people I know.) With that being said, I will definitely be back in the future if and when I decide on getting implants for the three molars.
I just had a wisdom tooth extracted today. Everyone at this dentist office was amazing. Super nice and friendly. Also very understanding and calming with my anxiety. Dr Allen was sooo quick with numbing and extracting. It was literally out before I even realized it. I would recommend them all day every day. 10/10.
