If I could rate more than 5 stars I absolutely would. When I had my consultation appointment I walked in and was greeted by two absolutely amazing people who were very welcoming and friendly. The office was cleaned beautifully and they were very helpful. Dr. Chance explained everything to me calmly and very thoroughly. I was informed about every option I could do and how much the procedure would cost. When I walked in I was extremely anxious and terrified, when I walked out I felt confident and relieved. When I arrived for my surgery Dr. Chance and the assistants were very patient with me and they explained everything to me in detail as they were doing it. They were very accommodating and played music for me to help calm me down and ease my mind. After the procedure was done they provided me with post care instructions and called a few hours later to check in on me to see how I was doing. This was the first procedure I have ever had done and I can say with confidence this was the absolute best place I could’ve gone to. ALL of the staff were amazing and I can’t thank them enough! This is a perfect team! Thank you to everyone!
Did not disclose that the first appointment wasn’t covered by insurance, despite me asking and researching a bunch and being told I would owe nothing at my consultation. I needed to fill the paper work out in office (I can’t digitally) and they kept calling me leading up to the appointment about it. When I finally got to the consultation, I left frustrated and upset. One of the front desk women was incredibly and unnecessarily rude, even commenting about when I will lose my insurance (irrelevant to what was happening). Weird. Also didn’t mention any of this until I had already filled out the paperwork. Not accommodating for disabled ppl. Waited months for consultation, just for nothing. Now I have to seek other even more expensive options.
I cannot say enough good about this practice and Dr. Chance. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed. I was thoroughly informed of my options and the likely costs in advance, and again the day of the surgery. I ended up getting it done with nitrous, so I was awake. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Chance was very encouraging and explained what to expect at each step, and why she was doing each step. She even noticed that I had some breakthrough feeling before I even had a chance to tell her, and immediately gave me more novacaine. Someone briefed my husband on recovery in addition to thoroughly explaining it to me and giving me a handout, making it much easier to remember and follow the instructions.
My 11 y.o son had some teeth extracted for braces. Dr. Chance explained the procedure in great detail and made sure my son was comfortable with moving forward with each step. The whole procedure was fast with minimal discomfort. I can tell Dr. Chance is not only an amazing surgeon but also someone who really cares about her patients and goes into great lengths to make sure they have the best possible experience. The office was extremely clean, organized and professional. We could not have asked for better experience! Highly recommended!
I just have to say what a great experience I had with Dr Chance and everyone at Allen’s Creek. I had to get all four wisdom teeth out and have put it off for years due to anxiety going to the dentist. I was in and out in an hour and had the smoothest recovery possible. Dr Chance and team are amazing and so comforting, I’d recommend to everyone to go here! You’re in great hands!
