I had a great experience. The staff and Dr. M were all amazing. They were efficient and professional. When I was done with my tooth, gum and jaw exam, I was led to a modern panoramic X-ray machine that took complete images of my entire face. As I was leaving, there was already a quote waiting for me for my next step & they arranged my next appointment. I need some serious work done, however, I feel confident that they are able to handle everything, in conjunction with my general dentist. My dental insurance is being notified of the charges (All I have to do is come up with the difference 😁, which is to be expected), however, it beats going back to my previous oral surgeon and periodontist combined! Great job! The doctor is also a Chicago Bears fan, to top it all off!!!
This was an amazing experience from the moment I walked into the office. My reception was immediate, friendly and cheerful! Dr. Harrell was exceptional! He listened to my "story", did an exam and thoroughly and thoughtfully explained my diagnosis. He answered all my questions patiently and made me feel so relieved. Just an excellent experience when I was so anxious about the visit. Feel so fortunate to have been referred to them! A big "thank you" to everyone in the practice!
Dr Harrell and his assistant Michelle are amazing! I have been going to this practice for several years and my visits are always pleasant. His Team is welcoming and inviting and he does a great job!
Wow! I’ve been to several periodontist, and finally found a place I am thrilled with! Check-in and out was very easy, even for my first time. Dr. Harold was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and you could tell he had an abundance of experience and knew what he was doing. Nikki cleaned my teeth and did an outstanding job! They felt and looked amazing afterwards. The entire staff was super nice, very accommodating and wonderful to deal with. I would highly, highly recommend! I am so grateful to have found a new periodontist’s office!
EVERYONE is exceptionally friendly and very welcoming. Makes the experience almost joyful for what work is being done. Dr Harrell gives plenty of time for each patient and is very capable in what he does. His new office is extremely beautiful which makes the visit even more enjoyable.
