I have been here three times now. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, & joyful. The offices are top of the line. I worked in construction mgmt so I feel like I can say that. The lobby has big picture windows so you don’t feel boxed in and always have a view. They provide coffee, tea, cocoa, juices, Gatorade, & water during your short wait. I have always been seen in a timely manner and I am always welcomed in a friendly manner by all the staff. The last time I was here they were celebrating an employees’ birthday and today they still had decorations up from a celebration yesterday. It means a lot to me to see mgmt show appreciation and value for their employees bc I believe kindness and compassion start from the top down. The professionalism starts at the front desk and comes back there again when your visit is over. This group is absolutely at the top of their game and you will be treated with tender, loving, care by the entire staff from start to finish. I wish this was the standard in healthcare bc I normally deal with the VA. You’ll be happy you found this gem.
Been looking for the right dentist, and I found her! What an awesome experience (if you can say that about a trip to the dentist). From the front staff, to the assistant, and then Dr. Roth it was great. The office was nice, clean, and modern. My appointment was thorough and I never felt rushed. She took the time to answer all of my questions. She also gave suggestions related to my dental health that I really appreciated! I would definitely recommend this office and this dentist!
The staff are very friendly, hygienists provide excellent care, and dentists are helpful. I’ve been coming here for 11 years and am always pleased with how knowledgeable and helpful everyone is. Thanks to their preventative care, I haven’t had a single issue with my teeth over this time.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Dr. Rosenzweig and his Alpine Dental Office. He performed a gum skin graft in two locations in my mouth. I had a skin graft a couple of years ago with a very well-known, Harvard-educated dentist in Wisconsin. The difference in the level of personal service between Dr. Rosenzweig and the Milwaukee dentist was remarkable. He followed up after the procedure, personally answered questions, and and gave me his personal e-mail address. Dr. Rosenzweig also used techniques to minimize pain and discomfort in a creative way that the Milwaukee dentist failed to suggest. My dentist had recommended a different Fort Collins Periodontist. The other periodingist wanted me to pay all the bills and then submit a reimbursement request to my insurance company. They seemed too concerned about getting paid. Alpine Dental’s interaction with my insurance company was seamless. They even worked to overcome an objection from the insurance company to payment for part of the procedure.
Highly recommend Alpine Dental Clinic. Dr Rosenzweig has been caring for me for several years, including doing periodontal surgery. Dr. McDill did root canal- it was totally painless. Both are very professional and meticulous in their work. The hygienists are all knowledgeable and efficient.
