I had to get a wisdom tooth removed. It was not a very pleasant experience. This having no burning on Alpine dental it took a while for it to heal up, giving me that I’m a diabetic and I’m at the age of 61 don’t he like I did when I was smaller. There is all healed now and when I had some concerns before Dr. Brendan was there for me with good advice, he had patience and I would recommend him to anybody looking to have wisdom teeth pull I mean basically for anything he was actually a pretty good guy.

I just drove an hour for my appointment and I was sitting in the chair waiting for the doctor and reading all of the scary things that could possibly wrong. Dr. Brandyn Herman, DMD walked in and introduced himself to me and I looked up and said, "Hi, these are scary!' With a smile on my face and he said OK and walked out! ooked back and said nice tc meet you and he never looked back! I was completely calm and was totally ready for this today. I wanted to talk to him about the surgery and had a few questions, but thats pretty normal. Seconds later the lady that checked me in came back and said that the doctor has decided not to do the surgery today. I asked why not and said I just drove an hour to this appointment, I took the day off and I rearranged my kids world to make it here and the ady said there was no promise that we were doing the surgery that this could have just been a consultation. And I said oh.. OK well is he going to talk to me? I asked her if maybe he miss understood me as all said was this was scary and was honestly not too worried about it. Just had a couple of questions. Dr. Brandyn Herman refused to come back as he was off on a phone calk and the lady told me that they had other patients and that my appointment was over. They were cold and uncaring. I was nothing but polite to everyone and walked out of that office with no clarification and im not sure what I did wrong. She asked me if I wanted to reschedule but for what!? No one would even talk to me. Ive never been made to feel so unwelcome and so uncomfortable from a doctor's office in my life. This is oral surgery and you want to go to a place that makes you feel comfortable... you need to know that they are going to take care of you while they are working on you. This is not a place that does that. I am truly unsure about where to go for this now or if I am even willing to do this again. If you are looking for an oral surgeon that you feel safe in there office I can assure you this is not the space for that. I just dont understand why they treated me so very poorly.
