It is never fun going to an oral surgeon, however this office blew me away. The office itself is warm and inviting, the front desk staff (I met Angel) was so nice and personable and just made me feel comfortable. I didn't really know what I needed done till I got my x-ray (which was very state of the art), but they absolutely cared about what I needed done and were upfront and transparent of the cost. Stephanie was the dental assistant and instantly just felt like a friend to me. Dr. Yang was personable and made me feel like I belonged there, that he would take care of my dental needs, and instantly trustworthy. Not only did they do a great job making you feel good, they did a great job on my teeth, and following up with everything I needed afterwards. I will never go anywhere else for anything they could do for me. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
I had three wisdom teeth and an impacted tooth removed here, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The office was spotless and felt very clean and professional. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, caring, and made me feel completely safe and comfortable throughout the process. The procedure went smoothly, and I always felt like I was in good hands. After the surgery, any time I had a question, they responded right away with clear, helpful answers. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this oral surgeon to anyone in need of dental surgery.
This is Stephanie and I’ve had two teeth extracted by Dr Yang. The experience was extremely good. Dr Yang made me feel comfortable. He is very gentle and caring. I have adopted him as my Oral Surgeon and highly recommend him to others.
So grateful we found Alpine Valley Oral Surgery for wisdom teeth removal. Dr Yang is very professional going above and beyond other oral surgeons. Medical Assistants were helpful in answering questions, explaining the procedure. The front desk staff attentive and very professional handling insurance/payments. I would recommend this practice beyond 5 Stars!
Amazing clinic! I got my wisdom teeth removed within a month of the first consult. Every single staff member is super kind, well informed, friendly, and great at their job. My recovery went as smoothly as it could-- minimal to no pain, swelling wasn't horrible, etc. I don't think it could've gone any better than it had. The surgery itself was super fast. I don't have a single bad thing to say. Also, for getting all 4 teeth removed, I don't believe the final cost was anything too extreme. I would highly highly recommend AVOS
