Because of decades of awful teeth grinding in my sleep and the eventual fracture of teeth, I have had quite a few implants. Of the three places I have gone to for that work, my experience and the results at Dr. Amalfitano's have been exceptionally good. My entire experience at Amalfitano's is positive, even though the cause for the visit may not be joyous. Every face I see and voice I hear among the team there is welcoming and professional. Dr. Joe is great about explaining why certain things are done in particular ways, and his assistants are always good about discussing aftercare and chatting about life. Those at the front of the office are very well organized, timely with communication, and friendly. I lived on Beaver Island for 15 years and almost everyone I met there who had to have some oral surgery done. Drove a little bit longer and a little bit further to get to Dr. Amalfitano's for work. I totally get it!
Dr. Joe and has staff are amazing so friendly kind and caring. They eased my fears and. Made me feel very calm and relaxed . They explained everything in detail very thoroughly so I had a very good understanding before my procedures were started. I’m very impressed. I would recommend Dr. Amalfitano‘s group to everyone..
Dr. Amalfitano and his staff are extremely kind, informative, professional, compassionate, friendly and so helpful. I came here for a full set of implants upper and lower and I am so pleased with my new smile and ability to chew food. Just entering the building the atmosphere is amazing and such positive energy. The office is always clean. Dr. Amalfitano and his assistant's had a challenge with my implants due to loss of bone but that did not stop them. Dr. Amalfitano and his staff take the time to explain the entire procedure. Dr Amalfitano is truly dedicated to his work and his assistant's are too. He worked hard and made sure I was satisfied. The procedure was pain free. I have had my implants for over a year and have not had any issues. If you need to reschedule the staff will kindly help you reschedule. I am so grateful for all the work and dedication of this office. I absolutely love coming to the office. I never want to leave once I arrive - it is so peaceful. I could go on forever regarding the positive this brought into my life all because of Dr. Amalfitano and his assistant's. I am no longer afraid to smile nor afraid to eat certain foods. Thank you so much for restoring my smile. I definitely would have rated this a lot higher. I highly recommend Dr. Amalfitano and his staff for all your dental care 💜💜💜
Super friendly, helpful and efficient staff. I felt as though they took the proper time to explain, both the procedural and financial, aspects of the process. I felt like a valued patient and not rushed.
This review is late, but better late than never right? After a years long journey where several dentists ignored my preference and told me dentures were my only option, Dr. Almafitano and his staff heard me and restored my smile. Their professionalism and knowledge made me comfortable during every appointment and through my procedures. Today I can speak, eat and smile with confidence. Since my procedure and delivery of my finals, Dr. Almafitano and his staff have kept me on schedule with follow ups and cleanings. Recently when I was having some unexpected issues not related to my implants, Dr. Almafitano saw me afterhours and resolved my concerns. Thank you for all you have done to listen to me, provide care, and restore my smile.
