Fantastic dental office. Dr. Hanna and her staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and have great bedside manners. You are warmly welcomed and then sent on your way feeling you got The Best Care possible. An aptly named practice as I have never smiled nor enjoyed a dental visit more than the appointments I have had here. I left smiling.
From the time I walked in the door, everyone was very professional, smiling and accommodating. The atmosphere was very like never seen before. Each person that I come in contact with seemed like they really cared and wanted to do the best job. By the time I seen Jenny I was relaxed, and she was very detailed and what she could do and what we needed to do and gave me plenty of options .
Every single person in this office from the very front desk, person you meet who deals with the insurance treatment plans to the young ladies that do the x-rays to the doctors to every single person are as pleasant and kind as they can be absolutely love this office.
Miss Johanna was way above and beyond amazing in her persistent and time-consuming follow-up with my troublesome insurance to ensure transparency of cost. It was tremendously appreciated. And everyone there was very polite and patient and friendly. Shayla was so careful with comfort levels both physical and emotional. Cheryl was very gentle with the cleaning. It’s a lovely team. Dr Nolan was extremely attentive to my questions. A Very pleasant experience.
I had to scramble to find a dentist due to some sudden onset tooth pain that was quite severe. The team here got me in and taken care of very quickly. They were all very kind, caring and professional. Luckily, Doctor Nolan was able to save my teeth. I went from having the worst pain of my life (and i get kidney stones so i know pain) to being able to be myself again. Very happy with this office and will continue to go here for as long as I can.
