So far so good! I took my dad to get evaluated for new dentures. The staff all was super nice and patient with my dad. Brea and I hope I spelled her name correctly, she was very nice and talked to my dad so good and understood his needs. Going back today hopefully it will be a good experience.
This was such a horrible Experience appt was at 9:00 am I arrived at 8:33am. Didn’t get called back until 9:47am. After multiple people who came after me was called including one person who was an hour late in addition to that the front desk staff talking about she was out partying last night how she was so drunk this place is the trash of trash!!! They must hire these folks off the streets I suggest go somewhere where u can be Valued and not just an assurance claim. The front staff is very unprofessional and the technician that came from the back to come up to talk about her personal business is super unprofessional!!!!lobby was cold Four people was complaining how cold the lobby was I will be making a complaint with the BBB. Also. The want a copy of ur license?? A never ask my driver for there phone number. To ask for. License you should also have some form that says once the appointment is over it is destroyed or something like that. This definitely is something that they choose to make up. This cannot be a law of policy. I would expect to hear back from the owners management someone with some authority to clean this trash of place up.
Amazing Smiles are amazing people. They took their time with my family and gave the best care possible. I am a scary cat when it comes to the dentist but they were comforting and really seemed to care that I was scared. I appreciate that kind of care. I’ll see you soon guys!!!!
My teeth had been deteriorating for a few years and I had avoided getting any kind of major dental work done other than my yearly cleanings. I was referred to Dr. Jandali and his team at Amazing Smiles and I can honestly say they brought back my smile back that had been missing since my youth.
