Terrible place! The atmosphere is absolutely unbearable – the smell in the air is awful and it's just the beginning. The receptionist is not only rude but completely lacking in patience, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in. They clearly don't care about their clients, they just want to get you out as quickly as possible. I don’t even want to imagine what the treatment would be like from a doctor in such a place. There's no doubt this place deserves a low rating, and I strongly recommend staying away from it – no matter what. I’ll never return!
They are always LATE. They scheduled an appointment for me on a day they were closed, forcing me to reschedule. Cleanings are minimal at best. Searching for a new dentist… 👀
Made a appointment here by accident thinking it was another dentist and they tried to do procedures that weren't necessary and tried to have me come back multiple times not needed. Lady that seen me was rude. I wouldn't take my dog here
Went in for dentures, after many fittings this dentist still did not listen to my concerns about how they fit! He did not wait until my gums shrink all the way, so that when I got them home and put them on they fit. However 3 months later my lower dentures were too big! And my upper denture did not fit to the roof of my mouth properly. No matter how many times I told him all he said was yeah yeah yeah yeah I know I know I understand. Clearly he did not understand! I do not recommend this dentist for dentures. If you value opinions, mine is this. he is not worth his grain of salt when it comes to making dentures! Being that most dentists that do dentures in pahrump, I went to one and he told me that they were done wrong. I DO NOT recommend this dentist for any denture work that you may need. Pick another dentist, from my research all the dentists in pahrump cost relatively the same. I was charged $2,000 cash with no insurance for these dentures and they refused to see me saying that you're only allowed to come back for adjustments 3-5 times. Keep in mind that he did not wait until my gums recessed 100%.
Dr. Nguyen is a genius, he saved two of my teeth with successful root canals, fitted permanent crowns. Assistants and hygienists extremely courteous and professional. Office is a bit old, but clean. May have to wait a bit, but not bad. Only issue is sometimes the front desk personnel get busy with workload and forget to greet patients with a smile. Definitely my go to dentist. Highly recommend.
