So, I do not like going to the dentist…at all. But, I can tell you that the people at Anderson are awesome. Everyone is so nice and caring. They make going to the dentist a very calming experience…always explaining what they are doing and why. Always checking to see if you are comfortable. If you absolutely hate going to the dentist, go here and they will change that. They certainly did that for me.
I’ve been going to Dr.Matthew Anderson for several years because he’s friendly, compassionate, and very skilled. What brought me the first time was that he uses the latest technology, such as my crowns were done in one sitting. I just saw him this week for a new dental bridge. He puts patients at ease and explains treatment and answers questions thoroughly. Earlier this year I had sedation for a procedure and that worked out very well. His office staff is quite wonderful, greeting everyone in a friendly way. The various Registered Dental Assistants and Hygienists are highly trained and friendly. This week Niki and Sara made sure I was comfortable during my procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Matthew Anderson!
I've been happy with the care team, but I am frustrated with the lack of transparency in billing. I was charged out of pocket for a service that I had been led to believe would be covered by my insurance. I wish the billing department had clarified the coverage beforehand so I could make an informed decision.
The staff as a whole are so welcoming and considerate. I was seen primarily by Sarah on this visit and she is so kind and wonderful at her job. She was the first staff member I worked with at Anderson Dental and one of the main reasons I chose them for my dental care. I cannot name all of the staff members without accidentally leaving someone out but I can say that I would 100% recommend this team.
My hygienist Sara was absolutely wonderful. She was very welcoming, gentle, and so kind during my visit. I have some issues with a tooth or two that cause some embarrassment, and not once did she make me feel embarrassed or ashamed. Dr. Brill was also very kind and left me feeling confident that I would get the care I need. I’m so glad I found Anderson Dental!
