This was an absolutely excellent place to visit. I had an urgent need to see a dentist on a Friday afternoon, which was virtually impossible in this town until I got hold of Anderson dental. They got me in right away. Did what needed to be done and treated me with the greatest of care. I cannot recommend them high enough for how well the dentist took care of me and the staff treated me. It was absolutely Excellent.
I unfortunately had broken a tooth at work. They were able to get me in the next day by 9am. By 10 am they had taken care of the problem for me. It was quick and as painless as tooth removal can be. Karen was very nice and helpful. The dentist was also very nice and professional. Based on my experience I would recommend this office to anyone needing help with a tooth emergency.
I just am so thankful for this office. I have so much anxiety going to the dentist as a result of sn experience I had at a completely different office in which the dentist made fun of me and I avoided going anywhere again for a long time for that reason. Everyone here is excellent. From the receptionist, to the hygienist (LOVE HER) to the dentist and his assistant that helped with my filling today. They jusy put you at ease and don't make you feel bad if you dont have a great smile. They are all kind and great human beings.
Everyone there was wonderful! They got me in last minute for a painful tooth that needed extracting. They listened to me, heard what i had to say and were extremely helpful. Dr. Austin was kind, considerate, funny and amazing. Kept spirits up during a painful situation. Got it done quick and got me out of there quick. I appreciate everyone there for their professionalism and help. They make you feel heard, and treat you like a human. Not just see you as dollar signs. I will 100% be going back to them for anything i need. THANK YOU!
Gotta say the most patient people I’ve ran into in a long time. Didn’t care about me rambling. They weren’t judgmental and they got right to business without making me feel like they were in a rush. There are lots a people in the building but they have a way of making you feel like your concerns are heard and respected. They’re very informative and patient. When it came to the tooth extraction it was fast and pretty easy going. From front desk to aids and assistants they made the visit awesome. This is the day after the extraction and for a guy that got three teeth removed I don’t feel a thing today. And I haven’t taken ibuprofen since yesterday. I highly recommend Anderson dental. Thank you for what you’ve done for me and I look forward to the help in the future.
