I love Dr Abide and his staff. Everyone is so friendly..especially the ladies at the front desk. I recently went in to have a routine cleaning and had the pleasure of having Kendall as my hygienist. She was awesome.!!! From the moment she called me to the back I felt like I had known her forever. She was personable and professional the whole time. She answered all of my questions and offered helpful suggestions for cleaning while I have my braces in. I had the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had! Request Kendall if you want a good cleaning while also receiving superb customer service!!
I loved the professional concern and manner of the staff and doctor. I actually felt comfortable getting a root canal. The process of numbing my mouth was almost painless. I liked how the doctor explained what was going to happen with words and pictures. I appreciated that the doctor had patience with me as I asked questions. I appreciate how he showed and explained my x-rays. He helped me to understand why the root canal issue was developed. Heather the nurse was quite friendly and you can tell that Dr. Abide and Heather worked well together. The whole procedure went so smooth that I was tempted to take a nap. The cost for the treatment was expensive but well worth it.
Was called from the reception room immediately upon my getting there. As usual staff was courteous and gentle with my mouth. Dr. Duncan is so very good at what he does...and always, always makes sure I’m comfortable every step of the way. I will go no other place to have my dental work done!
Friendly Atmosphere My appointment was at the end of the day and the atmosphere was welcoming and joyful. The hygienist took her time and didn’t rush me along. The other employees seemed to enjoy what they were doing and were really pleasant with each other.
Dr. Abide is extremely welcoming and very pleasant. I love the way he took his time and explained everything about my teeth sensitivity to me. The staff is wonderful. The entire atmosphere is pleasing.
