I have never felt important to any dentist until I went here. Both times I need teeth pulled they got me in for the next day. Comforting staff , wonderful experience overall. 10/10 recommend. And my pain is gone woohoo!!
Went here for a wisdom tooth removal consultation, was met with the most horrid receptionist. She was in the absolute worst mood for no reason, very uncooperative. Following this dr kippax begun to try to rush the appointment, making the entire process very uncomfortable. After this I did a little research into Jan Kippax just to find out he has lost his license multiple times since the year 2000. Very unhygienic and unprofessional with zero regard to his patients. Seeing this I canceled my appointment to look for other local oral surgeons. Kippax proceeded to MAIL MY HOUSE saying he was rejecting any future appointments. A doctor should not act like a petty child. I highly suggest going elsewhere.
Very nice staff, they were the only surgeons in the entire area that would get me in for an emergency four wisdom teeth removal procedure. The other places wanted to make me wait until the end of November just to get an exam ! Then I would have had to go wait another three weeks for the surgery! Which wouldve put me in pain for months not to mention the additional week after surgery you have to recover! This place rocks. He keeps dates open every week for emergencies. My exam was on Friday and I got in for surgery on Monday! Wether you have insurance or not, or if you do and it is out of network and wont cover it all, it is totally worth going. They offer a care credit card plan you can apply for if need be, or they also will accept other forms of payments all up front.
Worst dental experience by far. I was questioned multiple times about if I had been vaccinated for covid 19, drilled about my decision with the vaccine, and examined in the Lobby. When taken back, I was numbed up and left to sit for about 25-30 minutes. When the procedure began I could feel the extraction and was in pain, which I voiced. Dr. Responded with “I know it’s an uncomfortable feeling..” while being stitched up I was in pain and he caught my lip resulting in cuts. I was not given gauze to stop the bleeding. I was sent on my way with the wound actively bleeding and blood all over my face. Had I not needed this procedure done so urgently, I would’ve walked out. Very unprofessional.
Worst experience with a doctor who has zero consideration for the patient . Went in for 5 teeth pulled and had to pre pay they stoll my money and did not take out all of the teeth that they were supposed to. This place is very un clean. Will not ever go back and definitely would never let a child be put in such a scary and difficult situation. They will not refund you and are the most expensive place . I wish I could give them a zero . No hospitaly skills at all.
