Friendly staff at the front desk greet us by name and with a smile when we arrive. Timely with appointments. The clinical staff are all caring, compassionate, thorough, and gentle. Dr. Wagener is kind and always asks about life and family. He takes his time, answers questions, and is also very good with our kiddos. We have been going there for 15+ years!
I’ve been a patient at Ankeny Aesthetic Dentistry since I was a child (almost 30 years) and I can’t say enough good things about the consistency of care and quality work from Dr. Wagener and the team. As a kid, I had an unfortunate scooter incident that resulted in a broken front tooth, and Dr. Wagener stayed late to repair it and did such a beautiful job that one could never tell it was broken in the first place. That’s just one example of many over the years demonstrating their commitment to the patient and skillful artistry. I continue to recommend this office whenever I hear someone is looking for a new dentist!
