Dr. Wright is always so thorough and knowledgeable when it comes to having any dental work done. I am so grateful for her willingness to stop and make sure I am comfortable and understanding what is happening during my appointment. Her staff is all so friendly and helpful! 5 stars always!
I hadn't been to the dentist in about 9 years and came in for a cleaning and exam after experiencing some pain. They were absolutely wonderful! Extremely kind and personable staff all throughout the building. I'll definitely be going to see them for all my dental needs!
I am hoping that this review helps someone, as this is where I started my search for a dentist. Jonesboro has alot of options as far as dentists go. I read the reviews for several and this office fit best for my concerns. I very much so have dental anxiety, that started my very first dentist appointment. Dental care was not a priority as a child and the first time I ever went to the dentist I was 5 years old and was in significant pain. I remember being scared and so afraid. They wouldn't let my mother come back with me. The dentist tried to forcefully hold my head down on the table! I completely lost it and was able to get out of the chair and back to my Mom. It went downhill from there. To think that anxiety can stay with you a lifetime is so crazy to me, but it most definitely has! I just left Dr Anthony Bartels office and had the best experience thus far. The office is very warm and welcoming upon entrance. The receptionist was very kind! My hygienist Brentney was very kind and compassionate. I cannot say enough about Mrs. Allison Wright! She listened and explained my options in detail. She was very kind and patient! I highly recommend this office!
So glad my girlfriend recommended Bartels DDS. Friendly and welcoming staff. Brandi and Dr. B were both professional and kind. Highly recommend. Will be returning for my next cleaning!
I had the BEST experience with the team at Anthony Bartels, DDS’ office!! ☺️ Brandy made both my wife and I feel right at home at our appointments. So did Dr. Wright. They were patient, attentive, and took the time to answer all our questions about services. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The wait times are nonexistent with their easy online appointment setup and check-in. Incredible experience!
