Not the greatest at numbing prior to procedures. Live an hour away and scheduled me a cleaning and a filling 1 week apart instead of just trying to combine the appointments. Called and tried to fix this and woman did not attempt to fix anything or work anything out. Just simply said no we can’t do them together they are different chairs and different appointments, didn’t even attempt to be helpful. Dr Williams is a good guy and does decent work. Just seemed to rush through procedures. I enjoy and am thankful that he helped w my smile and that’s the reason it’s 3 and not 1. Have found a better dentist and stopped returning.
Dr. Williams appeared as rather promising when I had gone for my initial cleaning and check-up. We had only moved from Dr. Smith's in Crab Orchard when insurance became an issue, and, after having our check-up, I was deadset on returning for routine check-ups. When the time rolled around to have work done on three teeth, the dentist was an hour late (and, during the appointment, said to rush because they were running late), never rinsed my mouth out during the 2 hour procedure, never sunctioned out any of the fluids, and were extremely rough with me, repeatingly telling me to "open" when my mouth was all the way open. When the dentist had audibly said to his assistant, "there's a problem," and I asked, "what?" it was met with no answer. I'm still unaware of what the problem was. The dentist filled more than what was necessary, then went to trim some of it off, then hurried out of the room. Soon after, the dental assistant (NOT THE DENTIST) began using the drill in my mouth. I've only ever seen an assistant use suction and water. Following that, the appointment was done. Yes, the technology in the dentistry is amazing, and one of the dental assistants was very welcoming, but I never intend to return after this experience.
Wow!! I had a tooth Surgically removed, no pain, took my fear away of Dentist. Staff is so friendly & Dr. Williams personality is awesome. He will be doing my Teeth from now on!! He is what a Dentist is all about, they make you feel at ease
Great experience for the last two years. Dr Williams does excellent work and all the staff is friendly, excellent at their jobs. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable and all is explained thoroughly.
I drive an hour just to go here because Dr Williams is not only the best dentist ive ever been to but also one of the best health professionals you could ever meet.
