I’ve been to a lot of dental offices, and this one stands out. The first thing I noticed is that they know me by name the second I walk in. That level of attention says a lot. You don’t feel like just another appointment, you feel like they actually value you as a patient. The staff is professional, efficient, and respectful of your time. Dr. Grooter explains everything clearly, gets straight to the point, and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the visit. No surprises, no pressure, just solid, quality care. The office is clean, organized, and runs smoothly. If you’re looking for a dentist who treats you with respect and does great work, this is the place. I highly recommend them.
I can’t say enough good things about this dentist and their entire team. I came in feeling incredibly self-conscious about my smile, years of damage and discoloration had left me avoiding photos and even hiding my teeth when I talked. They repaired all of the rot on my teeth and completely transformed my smile. When I saw the final result of perfect, healthy, white teeth I actually cried. It was overwhelming in the best way. The staff was relentless in their care from start to finish. They treated me with patience, respect, and genuine compassion every step of the way. They never made me feel judged, only supported. On top of the incredible dental work, they also did an amazing job dealing with my insurance company. They handled everything behind the scenes, explained each step clearly, and made the entire process stress-free. If you’re looking for a dental office that truly goes above and beyond, this is the place. I can finally smile with confidence, and I owe it all to them.
It’s always a great experience when I visit. The front desk staff are always pleasant and helpful. Mrs. Crystal goes over and beyond to ensure patients are taken care of. The hygienists take their time to explain everything in detail as well as educate you on how to improve your dental hygiene . Shout out to Mrs. Amy with my teeth cleanings, she always does an exceptional job. Dr. Grooters is amazing, he’s very kind, very professional, and always answers all my questions or concerns. Thank you to you and your staff for treating me with so much care and respect.
Dr Grooters and all the staff are fantastic! He shows genuine concern for my dental health and everyone there are just really nice and helpful. It’s the kind of dentist office you hope to find. Dr. Grooters work is superior and I appreciate him talking me through any work that I’ve had to have done. In a moments notice they have gotten me in for cracked tooth. They go above and beyond and I’m so happy to call them my dentist office!
Great experience and great people here. Got to watch the office staff handle difficult patient today with a ton of professionalism and kindness. Always a welcoming environment for a person who doesn’t enjoy going to the dentist. Highly recommend.
