I truly cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Dr. Torio and Chenda. From my consultation last Friday in the Bedford office to my wisdom tooth extraction today in the Nashua office, every part of this experience exceeded my expectations in the best possible way. Going into this, I was definitely nervous, as I do struggle with dental anxiety, but from the very first visit I immediately felt comfortable and at ease. Dr. Torio and Chenda are not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood the process. I never once felt rushed or dismissed. What really stood out to me was how relaxed and positive the environment felt. We shared some laughs during both visits, which helped ease my nerves more than anything else. Being able to laugh and feel that comfortable with your dental team makes such a difference, and it honestly turned what could have been a stressful experience into a really positive one. I left both appointments feeling happy, reassured, and confident that I was in the best hands. Today’s surgery was incredibly smooth and far easier than I ever imagined. The procedure was quick, efficient, and completely painless—I truly didn’t feel anything at all. Everything was handled with such calmness and confidence that I felt completely safe the entire time. Chenda was absolutely amazing—so attentive, caring, and comforting from start to finish. She has an incredible bedside manner and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. Dr. Torio was just as wonderful: highly skilled, compassionate, and reassuring. You can genuinely tell how much he cares about his patients and the quality of care he provides. Together, they make an exceptional team. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better dental experience. Dr. Torio and Chenda went above and beyond in every way, and I am so grateful for the care I received. If you have dental anxiety or are simply looking for a dental surgeon you can trust and feel comfortable with, I cannot recommend them enough. They are truly outstanding! I had a tooth pulled and bone graft here yesterday in preparation for an implant and cannot say enough good things about this office. I have severe dental anxiety, and after a truly horrible experience having an implant done elsewhere in the past, I was absolutely dreading this. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Burk and his entire team were phenomenal. They made me feel genuinely comfortable and safe, so much so that I didn’t even need to pre-medicate beforehand. I was honestly never nervous sitting in the chair, which felt completely surreal given my history. My dentist took the time to research where to refer me, and this was the best place she could have chosen. The care, professionalism, and compassion were outstanding. If you have dental anxiety or past trauma with dental procedures, I cannot recommend Dr. Burk and his team highly enough. Thank you for such an incredible experience.
I had a great experience with Dr. Benjamin Farr and Nurse Janice. They were both incredibly kind and professional. Since English is not my first language, Janice was very patient and slowed down her speech to make sure I could fully understand everything, which I truly appreciated. I came in to have my wisdom teeth removed, and the entire procedure took less than ten minutes from start to finish. They paid close attention to every detail and were very considerate of how I was feeling throughout the process, which helped me feel relaxed and comfortable. After the procedure, they also carefully explained the post-op instructions and what I should pay attention to. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Highly recommend！
I had a wonderful experience with my wisdom tooth extraction at Apex Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and Implantology. Dr. Torio and his assistant, Chenda, were kind, professional, and cheerful, making the entire procedure completely painless and stress-free. This was our second experience with Apex. A few years ago, my son had all four wisdom teeth removed there, and once again everything went smoothly. Clear pricing, no surprises, a very friendly atmosphere, and truly excellent care from start to finish. I highly recommend them.
My son had his wisdom teeth removed yesterday . The entire practice gave us top notch care and we are very happy with our experience. Dr . Burk and his clinical team are knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. As a mom, knowing my son was receiving excellent care put me at ease. I also appreciate that Dr Burk personally called us at the end of the day to check in and make sure my son was having a good recovery, which he is! I am so pleased and appreciative. Thank you APEX. 😊
